If I can give this McDonalds a minus one I would. Poor customer service. They always mess up the orders. French fries are always served cold. I absolutely hate this place but what do you expect from The staff in Hialeah.. they don’t even speak English. I have a suggestion fire the manager as he poorly runs the business and lack of training to the staff. Shame shame.

The worst location to exist. They take FOREVER and never do your order correctly. You will wait in line for over 30 minutes and the line doesn't even move they just keep you waiting. If you ask for sauce; they won't give you sauce. Part of our order was a McChicken, they didn't even put the lettuce or mayo.... Just the chicken and bun. They are extremely rude and do the orders with no care in the world. When you finally get your order it's stale and cold. They have no manners what so ever and don't even complete the order, we were missing so many items! If I can give 0 stars I would. I've given this location so many chances and each time they get worst and worst. I don't know how this location is still open but they definitely need to hire better employees who actually want to hustle or better management that puts their employees in check. I can only imagine all the health code violations they must have at this point! It's ridiculous. Customer service and work ethic has gone down the drain.
