Mcdonald's needs to do better they need to retrain or get new employees all together asap I placed an order online for large coffe for pickup that's all i placed it around 910 I arrived at 926 after waiting in long line they ask me to park because machine is being cleaned so I do I wait and wait at 9:40 I had enough i had to go and went in to ask about my order so the weird looking one that speaks no English says her name was Maria barks at me the machine is being cleaned I ask how much longer it would take she comes up close to me hand on hip head slanted eye rolling face scrunched up like she wants to fight and says you want to come see it being cleaned! Excuse me what ?! She's lucky I was working because she was looking for an adjustment and I would have loved to give it to her how dare you be nasty to me I'm the one that should be upset and I was still polite until she did that I swear it took every ounce of me not to punch this woman straight in the facethe manager nice young man took over but she still screaming and carrying on he said nothing to her but apologized to me and in the end he couldn't make the machine work so i got a FrapI spent a good 45 minutes possibly more in this place even though I placed an online order for a single item I got mistreated and disrespected I lost time and money and all this as a paying customer its so disheartening when where does it stop or end seems these employees need a new job and an attitude adjustment you never know what ppl are going through nor their temper your going to be extra for the wrong person one day

The real problem with this place is the incorrect amount of food they serve to you; I do not know what the average amount of French Fries for the Large is, but I know for sure that it is not the amount that most of the time is served. In my case, I requested Large French Fries, and they added the amount for Small size in the Fries Bag. So, please be careful when you get to this specific restaurant.
I live in the area and come everyday, the new employees suck , the one with broken teeth (that’s the only way u can describe her) has a horrible attitude and doesn’t know how to take orders; I came at 2 am and they gave me the wrong guys order , he had to pull up and get his from us & then we still recieved an order with fries which weren’t salted , and horrible attitude on top of the fact that it was only us two and no one else the food took over 30 minutes on top of the mishaps & gave us an attitude when We let them know what order was ours , the customer service is horrible & they’re just there on their phone not worrying about the orders ( which was already placed on the app either way) they need new employees

When I complained, they really treated me in a very bad way. If they do not want that job, look for something else other than working for him. public especially for a chain like Mac Donald would never go there again
