I heard about this place on the DJ Laz show so I figured the callers liked it so let's try it. Let's start off with the service. There was none. I ordered a Cuban sandwich and it had one slice of ham and cheese and no pernir, l was basically eating mayo mustard and pickels on cuban bread. My husband ordered a steak sandwich which was tasteless and the steak itself was slightly thicker then a sheet of paper. Atmosphere.. if you like drunks coming in and using the slot machines in the back then this is your kind of place. A one (1) star rating is toooo much for this place. A BIG disappointment.

We visited this establishment for breakfast around 10:45 am. There were 2 waitresses to serve around 12 people at the time we arrived. We ordered 2 small Cuban sandwiches ($7.50 each). And what a disappointment we were when we received our order, which took about half an hour to arrive, but the waitress told us that they had only made 1 sandwich instead of 2... and it seems that they were short on pork because I didn't even have 1 ounce of pork.....Technically I bought a Ham and Swiss Cheese Sandwich, mayonnaise, and mustard. The best was the orange juice and the colada. In addition, customer service has to be greatly improved since there were people who were waiting to order and many of them left without orders like a girl who sat at the bar got tired of waiting for the waitresses and only ordered a soda and left . At least they should acknowledge customers with a Good Morning, I'll be taking your order right away in a few minutes.

Food used to be good, well, the one thing I would get any way. It was the pan con bistec. Since the place was on my drive home I'd stop by every once in a while. Service was never that great but the convenience madeIt worth the annoyance. But one day, it's as if there was no manager present to keep the subpar servers in line. They refused to acknowledge a customer standing to make an order. After making eye contact with them various times, they continued their conversation. After a while I left. Complete disregard and disrespect. That place will go under soon. A shame.

Cuando reabrieron los nuevos dueños, fue muy bien manejado todo, la comida y el servicio. Bueno aqui un año despues ; la comida sigue buena, pero el servicio superrrrrr pesimo. Algo fuera de lo normal. No se donde esta la dueña del negocio o si lee estos reviews . Pero deberian de chequear el lugar más. El servicio es para despedirlas a todas y traer gente nueva

I wish I can leave 0 stars. The food is not bad. I'm not gonna lie. It's the reason why I would go there. But the service is SO TERRIBLE that it felt I was disrespecting myself going there. I stood there for over 10 min and no one said hello or asked if they can help. The store was not busy at all and the lady made eye contact with me and chose to ignore me. Another time I called ahead and the lady answered the phone like this (in spanish) "hello hold please" *click* put me on hold for over 15 min. I walked from my house down the street to "mi Abuelita's kitchen" just to find a 98% empty restaurant at 2pm with the phone off the hook and two ladies talking trash in the kitchen laughing. And guess what. You guessed it. I stood there waiting for them to notice I was in the restaurant and waited a good 5 min before someone came out of the kitchen. And when they did they checked on the old man at the bar. She looked at me. And went right back into the kitchen!!! I left irate. And vowed to never go there or let anyone I know give those people business. I've been disrespected 3 times! Horrible people.

I order a milanesa I guess they really confused how prepare one first they give a breaded chicken dry no cheese nothing else just a dry breaded chicken I went back they don’t want to change it neither re do it so they took my food put some Swiss cheese on top and warmed it in microwave how unbelievable is this worst customer service I will never eat here I don’t recommend this place
