What a disappointment. The food was great and the waiter was great, but the overall experience was ruined by one of the busboys who was not doing his job properly. He was more interested being on the phone FaceTiming with a family member and the yelling of a small child in the background. Where was the manager and how is this permitted. Shameful.

Beware! They charge 15% for pick up orders!I was very disappointed today when I went to up my order. I have been ordering pick up from this restaurant for many years. The food is decent although they are pricey. However, today they charged me 15% gratuity for a pick up order. Why would I want to pay 15% gratuity for a pick up order? Then, I would just go and eat at the restaurant. The only reason I’d pick up is so that I don’t have to pay the expensive gratuity fees. I will not be ordering pick up from Molina‘s Again.

It was my mother Birthday and we decided to bring her to Molina's Restaurant in Hialeah, My dad was always telling me that this Restaurant is above and beyond regarding quality of food and customer service attention, He was right, once we entered the waitress accommodated us very polite and quick.Food was more than amazing, delicious, flavory, juicy, the garlic bread was perfect, The Tostones with Shrimp omg excellent, we ordered Oxtail Stew with white rice and sweet plantains all food were cooked to perfection, the service in general was fast and food was perfect!
