I Love this bakery, in my opinion the typical small Cuban bakery that abound in Miami are mostly good for Cuban bread and coffe. Mr Bakery has excellent pastries, I can't say enough about their croquetas, and their Cuban coffee is really good.

Es lamentable que no quieran trabajar, llevo una semana tratando de comprar pan y a las 3 y media de la tarde no tienen, el dueño no se entera pienso las empleadas no le dicen.
I’ve been going to mr bakery for many years and for good reason. The costumer service is so quick and easy, they treat you like family and have a great attitude. The owner is a sweetheart and you can tell he puts his whole heart into his business. Never in the 15yrs I’ve been going, have I ever experience anything negative with them. They really try to work with you as efficiently as possible and they demonstrate that they care about meeting their costumer’s needs. The pastries are delicious and honestly some of the best ive ever tried. They just taste so good and nostalgic if that makes sense. The Cuban bread has to be one of the most popular items they have and for good reason. You will not find better Cuban bread. The coffee? Insanely good. I feel like I can go on and on but that’s just because it’s a great overall bakery. My family and I love that place for good reason and I genuinely can’t understand why anyone would say otherwise in my opinion. Keep up the great work

I have been looking for a good Cuban/Spanish bakery around Hialeah gardens/west Hialeah... so happy I found this place... outstanding bakery items and the sandwiches are crazy big... will be a regular for my Sunday breakfast runs

Service and management is horrible. went to go buy a cake and some pastries. Ask if they can do me the favor and write the name of the person on the cake told me they didn't know how to do that. I called the manager to see if they can help and they ended up REFUSING THE SERVICE TO ME.. Time is wasted if you go here. Please save yourself some time and go to Jardín Barkery if you are close by.

Same thing happen to me with the box , plus customer service really bad . The lady put a mad face and rolled her eyes because I ask for one more thing . Looks like she didn’t want to work today very nasty attitude, if you don’t have a good attitude or patience don’t work with customers stay home . I am not going back to that place .

Lately the quality and customer service is a disaster two o five time ordered~~ For uver and the super cold croquettes the cold coffee with milk and they tell me that the croquettes had just been roasted and now the cook who cooked them At 6 am when they told me they were just done.
