We arrived and a lady helped us, then another came when she didn't help us. Well, what we ordered from the lady didn't arrive, everything didn't arrive in the end, we didn't pay for what they didn't bring us, very bad service and only the 3 girls arguing and everyone listening, fighting, very bad. Where is the owner so they can train the staff and change staff?

Mandatory and absurdly high service fees, on top of that they charge you an additional percentage for paying by card. I ended up paying over 25% of my account value in additional fees, practically a rip-off. The food was good, nothing out of this world, in the end there are many Colombian food places and it is not worth paying so much for that.

Everything we ate was delicious. It was a bit pricey, but it was really good. Heads up, 18% service fee is automatically charged, then shows option for tipping... don't double pay. We were just 2 of us, and .99 cents if using a credit card. The bill with the above was $92. We had 2 empanadas, avocado, chicken with mushroom sauce, churrasco, and 4 beers.

They have 2 locations, go to the one on 16 Ave and 54 st. I went to the one on 68 st, never again the girl who sold me 12 empanadas gave me 3 small picantes and offer to sell me additional ones… had to ask for utensils and when I asked her to pack better the order she told me that the empanadas weren’t heavy, I told her that the order was for two separate places but seems that they discount the bags from her salary. Not sure if she is new but as a server she can’t survive at a real restaurant, is the blonde lady with long hair … guess isn’t Colombian, we’ll never again!
