Horrible, I have never ever received a decent or complete order from them, two Caesar salads without dressing, how is it possible? A bowl without beans, the sauces that I ordered separately did not arrive either. How is it possible that the Uber service has workers with more capacity than this tropical chicken. It had been a long time since I ordered for this same reason, tonight I gave them one more chance and it was just as disappointing as always or worse. Here I leave you the order number so that you can even know who the human being was in charge of processing it. #970377 pick up time: approximately 9.30pm. PLEASE IMPROVE THE SERVICE IT REALLY IS A SHAME.
The food is super delicious. Beans are the best. My kids don't eat any beans other than those specifically from this store. The employees are very friendly, we really have a good time because as we go every day they already know us and treat us as if we were family. I really appreciate that I will live near there. I’ve never had an issue when going to this location compared to the others. The food is nice and fresh, the staff is really nice and attentive, and the wait times are not long at all. I always walk out really happy and satisfied when I pick up food here. This is definitely the right location to go to if you’re thinking of picking up Pollo Tropical for dinner and don’t want to deal with any issues

First of all, going through the drive thru, they got our order wrong. Overcharged us on drinks and messed up my daughters food. We spent $66 at a fast food restaurant. The manager was rude and the workers kept saying they speak little English!!!!!!! It should be mandatory if you're going to work in an area where you serve the public, then you should be bilingual and not say I speak a little bit of English. That made the experience much more hectic because there was a comprehension problem. I've never had an issue with any pollo tropical restaurant but this was awful.
