Exquisite food and phenomenal service from the night shift. Manager Harold personally came to the table and asked us how our experience was. I always go at night with my husband and I really enjoy the atmosphere. Without a doubt a place to recommend.
The service has improved a lot in the last 3 years. You can see the incredible work of their managers. Everyone on the night shift is very attentive and the girls are very nice. I will definitely return to eat with my family like every weekend.

I love North Pole. My family and I ordered dinner and I went to pick it up. The girls who answered the phone to receive the order and the one who gave me the order were very friendly. The food was on time. We really liked the Cuban pizzas. And for the first time we tried the guava and cheese pizza, delicious as a dessert. The ham and chorizo lasagna, delicious. Miami Lakes North Pole, see you again soon. ♥️
Long wait times when ordering take out/uber eats. The last few times the drivers have had to wait 20+ minutes for the orders to be completed and the food has been cold.It wasn’t always like this and I feel like they’re having trouble keeping up with orders or possibly poorly managed. I’ve personally picked up my food a few times as well and experienced long wait times. It’s a shame but going to have to skip this place for a while and hope they can fix their issues.

Well, I loved the decoration of the place, the food was 3 out of 5 and well, my biggest disappointment was that I ordered a mamey shake and it was hot and practically a pulp, the service was super good, we asked to change tables and they immediately changed us without problem. When we arrived we didn't have to wait in line but there were practically no tables, many people come at night
