There is a lady working in this subway with a VERY EXTREMELY BAD ATTITUDE , this subway used be years ago one of the best to go but now you should close it completely it gross me out to see this lady face super mean , make me wanna puke instead of want to eat

The food wasn’t terrible it was just ok, but the customer service sucks and the associate is very mean and with a lot of attitude. They also look at the customer really bad… I ordered 4 footlong and ask the to make it half tuna and half bacon and the lady told me that it doesn’t work like that, I told her that I was going to pay the extra and she refused and then basically told me to hurry up after 2 min

I come to the subway all the time I always get a footlong every time I come the meat on the footlongs get smaller and smaller not cool

Horrible service, one of the attendees had no customer service knowledge, and rude and with a nasty attitude, she humiliated a customer in front of me for not speaking English. Does she know that she is working in Hialeah? But most definitely took her money. With my order I ask her to build my sandwich with a different sauce than one showing on the menu and the lady went off with a lack of customer, “You can't used a different sauce; I told her it was my sandwich and I was paying for it.What a lack of customer service!

There was a time when I enjoyed a Subway sub, but that time has passed. This location was nice and the people friendly. I don't find the subs terrible, just barely edible when you are out of better food options, but there are now so many. I thought I would try again, but it will probably be a longer time still before I return. I don't see many people frequenting these shops and wonder how long the decline can last.

I had an amazing service experience from the staff here. I had four foot long sandwiches made by an employee named Annacalia. She was fast, accurate and service with a smile. Two thumbs up !!! P.S- Tip the employees by cash, not electronically.
