I bought some burritos and quesadillas that were good. But I also bought some cinamon twist that had a horrible taste, literally, it's a taste that I swear seemed like poison. I bought them for my daughter and I decided to try them. I tried to call the store to tell them about the unpleasant taste of the twists so they could check, but no one answers the phone and I have tried many times.

After a long plane trip home, this Taco Bell was a nice place to stop and eat. Maybe not the nicest Taco Bell I’ve ever been too, but I was happy to get a cheesy Gordita crunch in me.

For me, some supervisor must take action in this place, the work team on December 17, 2023 at 4:07, everyone was talking, no one was answering the front, mainly a girl who created the one who was in front of the manager on the phone all the time. time you asked him something in a bad way he told the person at the drive thru that he wants a refund and especially with me I asked for guacamole sauce they gave me. Ranch sauce I gave them back and they gave me the same one again I had to stop and tell them you don't know what guacamole sauce is everyone talking without working for me the worst taco bell that oh is this all the people giving complaint you should see What to do with all that work team on that schedule, a supervisor who really cares takes the worst measures.
Terrible customer service and dirty restaurant. I was not able to place an order because staff ignored me. They knew I was there because we made eye contact several times.

Not only did they get my order wrong but when I came back to correct it the cook was calling me a liar in Spanish and the order came out wrong again. So they charged me for messing up my order twice. Obviously not the first time because you Google the place and there's a video of the attendant saying they only speak Spanish. If you want diarrhea go to Taco bell in Doral.
The dining area is literally 5 or 6 homeless people with their bags lounging and getting free drinks from the fountain.. saw a guy literally bring a cooler fill it up with ice and soda .. just walked out the door.. the employees are oblivious to what the dining area is like .. they just laughing and playing on phone .. my daughter said . Dad let’s get out here I don’t feel safe
