I visited this place with my wife a couple of days ago. She ordered a slice of tortilla española and croquetas de bacalao. I had the Albacore sandwich. The sandwich was OK, the croquetas were good. But something was definitely off with the tortilla.It smelled cheesy and had a stringy pull (sorta like a cheese pizza pull). We both took bites and the texture was slimy. We asked the server if the tortilla had cheese; she said no. We showed her the stringy pull and expressed concern. At this point, we didn't want to risk potentially getting ill, so we asked to send the tortilla back. We weren't offered anything to substitute. Fine, whatever.When we got the bill, the tortilla was still there. We asked the server to remove the $7.00 slice of tortilla since we didn't eat it and it was potentially spoiled food. She called her manager (long black hair), who tried schooling my wife on tortilla española, something that my wife and her family have made for decades. We insisted on having her remove the tortilla and she finally agreed but not before rudely telling us that it's because my wife didn't like the food, not because there was something possibly wrong with the tortilla. At that point, she took everything off our table in an aggressive manner.Incredibly unprofessional person. There is no reason to get nasty with customers like this. Will never return to the restaurant.

It is an intimate place and also very lively, it is like a corner of Spain in Hialeah, delicious tapas, food and wines, plus the Thursday entertainment, Jesús, is a wonderful plus to enjoy with the family

Very bad attention, that woman who answers with black hair and wears glasses is a rude lack of education, I couldn't refer to her in any other way.I come frequently to Hialeah and I have stopped to eat a couple of times in this place, the food is ok, it comes out quite quickly, it is worth highlighting, but the poor service of this place and the heavy atmosphere that that woman radiates is something I should not return to never.
