If you are going to go to the bakery you should know that there is an immense delay, the girls' attention is very good, it is a shame that the food is not, I have gone three times in a week on different days and times to see if it was a mistake one day and three times the sweets I have bought are old and the croquettes are given to you super cold (chocolate ladies, sugar powder, cupcakes and coconut flan)To improve the experience, I suggest considering implementing strict quality control to ensure freshness of products every day.It is evident that they put a lot of passion into their work, and with these adjustments, I am sure that their bakery can become an even more successful place loved by the community.

5/5 amazing food. Got the guava and the cheese pastelitos they come in a pack of 25 each for $9 which is a reasonable price. The croquets were amazing flavor, best thing here. Also got the beef empanada which was cold on the counter but good flavor. Service was good but gets very crowded and slow so they focus on a ticket number system. Ambiance was nice, all the people are nice but they all speak Spanish and no English, so be prepared for that. Overall, good food.

This was a total waste of money, I get home and it’s completely burnt and smells like burnt. It’s awful. Dumped it in the garbage! The quality lately isn’t like it used to be.

Vicky's is an institution! I also go to the one on 49th street as it's the original location. You can count on getting fresh pastelitos as well as sandwiches and cuban coffee of course. The staff here always have a smile on their faces and greet you with such hospitality. It truly reminds me of going to my abuela's house. It's a classic cuban bakery so the atmosphere is bustling with folks speaking multiple languages.

I love Vicky’s and I’ve been to this location countless times but the wait is not worth it. I just waited 45 minutes and left because the wait tickets did not advance. It wasn’t even packed it was just that nobody is working. Don pan on 49st gets it done quick I doubt I’ll be back here unless I hear it
