An Uber Eats order is disrespectful and the candy arrives with mold

OK Cuban bakery. The typical Cuban treats such as croquettes, empanadas, pastelitos and the like. There's no sitting area to eat. This chain just reached 50 years of business in South Florida.

I ordered a Cuban which means it sold be hot nope cold as ice. I ordered milk as well and they left it out instead of in the refrigerator so say get there late the milk would’ve gone bad and wasted money. This is isn’t the first time I have a bad experience my birthday cake I had ordered once the it looked as if it was written by someone that had never written in a cake and it was their first time also misspelled my name when my dad went to complain they said ok well next time don’t come in and set an order. THIS WILL THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I EVER COME HERE

Great pastries, great coffee, poor, poor, poor customer service. If you ever wanna know what it’s like to be ignored blatantly you need to go to Vickys bakery. If you ordered online for a pick up and walked over to their pick up desk their staff will literally ignore you and not even say hello until they are ready at their own pace to come and address your needs. The staff likes to let you know that they are the boss there and you are the subordinate and there’s a little icing on the cake. Good luck finding someone who speaks English. I don’t know why it’s called Vickys, bakery and not panadería vicky? If you want to feel like you just landed in Cuba, this is the place for you with the lack of courtesy to the customers and zero English. It’s time for Viva la revolución! I would like to thank Vickys bakery for giving me the sensation of being in a foreign country, while I’m in the United States, you have seen my last dollar Vaya Con Dios!

Greasy tostada, cold croquetas, and when you've had enough of your croqueta you'll pull a hair from between your teeth. Truly a fascinating experience that will wake you right up in the morning.

We ordered a cake and a couple platters of mini sandwiches and pastelitos for a Doctor's Office that is on the same street as the Vicky Bakery we ordered from. We ordered through Vicky Bakery's website. The Vicky Bakery we ordered from was the one on 2885 West 68 ST, Hialeah, Florida, 33018. First red flag: The cake and the platters were left on the floor, outside of the office. Second red flag: We open the box that contains the cake and the cake is absolutely destroyed. We called Vicky Bakery to update them on the status of how their cake arrived and they said that it has nothing to do with them. That it is strictly the delivery company's fault and that the manager has left for the day. Vicky Bakery assigned someone to deliver it to us and not only was the service extremely poor, but the cake that we ordered for a Doctor's Office was ruined. I spent $70 on the order, only for it to not even be handed to me and for it to be destroyed. If I could attach a photo of the cake, I would. 0/5, will not be ordering from here again.
