My expectation of a restaurant is hot, fresh food. I believe we've all worked in a fast restaurant at one time, but ppl now in day dont care they give you anything just to move you out of the window so you won't mess up the drive thru timer.I ordered two meals I recieved cold fries and cold burgers. And don't try to call they won't answer. if you buy at this Wendy. Make sure to look at your food before leaving.i was not going to waste my time nor gas to go back. So I will just leave my 1 star review because it's the lowest I can put here. Hope management will see and train correctly.

I gave it a single star because I was in the place to eat a hamburger and they told me that you don't have time after 10:30 am. I don't see the need to have to wait until that time to be able to have what I wanted.

Just had an experience where the cashier seemed like they took a picture of my credit card. Grabbed my card, took out his phone and seemed like a quickly tried to take a picture since I saw a flash. Not going to mention any names unless I have to. Won't be going back there.

This location used to be so good with a great customer service and good food but now everything is so bad, always an issue with food, cold, shaggy fries, dirty package, not good at all and to make it worst the customer service is awful; their actitud is like what are you doing here? Just go. Terrible.

I go here for the biscuit and gravy but the gravy is loaded loadedddd in so much sausage that it's basically sausage in gravy flavor. I sometimes have to ask for them to please give me less sausage and I have to pay for extra gravy to feel the gravy dipped biscuits and still this is me paying for more gravy! Bacon is extra hard sometimes the food is great and others it's a total disappointment.

The service wasn’t too bad but it could’ve been better. The cashier coulda have been nicer and maybe change my drink that had a bug in it . I was really disgusted and couldn’t really drink the drink I paid for which is disappointing.Parking: Good parking

Worst Wendy's in Hialeah. Good luck trying to get a sour cream or cheese for your chili. They act as if it's being deducted from their literal paycheck. Drive through personnel have permanent rbf. Even if you try to pay for the sauces, sour cream, chili sauce etc., your still going to get resistance. Absolutely last resort wendys. Any gleaming 5 star reviews are obviously fake and done by friends and family to boost Google review score. #StingySauce #WorstWendys
