I would like to say that the workers are extremely rude, they treated me with disrespect after i came in and ordered a 10 pc tender lemon pepper and mango habanero and they laughed at me along with rude tone when i gave them the 50 dollar bill. my total was 32.63 but i only had a 50. And the food was disgusting! I found a long hair in my wings wrapped around two of them and thankfully i noticed it before i took a bite and threw the whole thing away. the seasoning was horrible as well it was such a dry taste to the food and was horrible, thankfully i checked my fries but when i took a bite another piece of hair in the fry!!! i threw up and i couldn’t handle it anymore. i didn’t even trust the soda or anything. I hope this establishment gets fixed really soon considering it’s the closest one to my house and it pisses me off cause now it makes me go all the way to miami gardens to get some good food.

first off i want to say i am not from this area i am coming from houston tx for spring break and i placed a large order last week i was greeted at the entrance by a teenaged girl named yaslyn she was extremely kind and took my order with a lot of patience i just wanted to let you guys know she deserves her spot and should even be promoted some day i was asked to write a review for her i feel more than pleased with my experience thank you wingstop!

Dear Wingstop Hialeah Miami Gardens,I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received at your location on 183rd Street in the plaza. I had a terrible experience during my visit on [date and time].As a long-time customer and someone who has been in the music industry for over 15 years, I am used to carrying larger bills, such as the $100 bill I presented to the cashier. However, I was shocked when the cashier immediately told me that he did not have change for my bill.I had all my protective COVID gear on, including my mask and my JBL Bluetooth, and I was ready to place my order. But the cashier's refusal to accept my payment left me feeling embarrassed and frustrated. It is unacceptable for a business to not have enough change on hand to accommodate customers who may have larger bills.I hope that you will address this issue with your staff and ensure that this does not happen to any other customers in the future. I have always enjoyed the food at Wingstop, but this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth.I would appreciate it if you could reach out to me to discuss this matter further and offer some form of resolution. The worst customer service, they don't like repackage an order that was in very bad conditions, bag wet, open seal, so employee very slow repacking the order, on purpose of course, then denied to give me the order, So worst customer service at all. MANAGER!!!!!!Check your night shift.

The food was fresh and crispy! Cooked perfectly. I had 20 wings and some fries. Roberto was the one who took my order and who attended me when I picked up the order. He is was so polite and pleasant, I really enjoyed the interaction.

Very bad service from the employees of the place, there is only one Hispanic with glasses who serves excellent, the rest is useless, they need some classes on how to treat people... they don't even say hello, they ignore the people who are making deliveries as if they didn't They don't matter and they make people wait a long time. The attention is terrible and there is no manager to complain about. Terrible place.
Not a good place to eat, chicken sandwiches are plain without any vegetables. Terrible.

Ordered my food at 3:45 through the app and was told 16-21 minutes. Not a complicated order 20 bone-less and fries. Staff looked confused when I said I was here to pick up my order. Someone from the back said it was coming up. I waited as 4 people came I placed orders and were served. While I am still waiting for my order with no explanation as to why my order is taking very long. Bad costumer service and communication.

I stopped by here yesterday to pick up 100pc of wings I ordered online and a young man and the girl taking care of the front counter kept talking about how they only make $12 a hr and all this other nonsense they shouldn’t be saying in front of customers. I asked a question about the order and I was answered with “check your own bag” the food was not bagged properly there was grease everywhere.never placing another order with this location again.
