I have lived 13 years in Florida & was never able to have Kao.pung like it should be made. This is the only restaurant who had the right amount of spice, sauce & veggies as it should be served. Thank you & kudos to the chef!

I also waited a long time to try this place. Now twice in two weeks... I have been driving to out of my way for nothing! The food was great! The folks there were friendly and polite. I am very picky, also from Long Island, and I was very pleasantly surprised. I will keep coming back!! Thank you!

I have been afraid of this place for years. Last time they were cutting their nails as we were eating. I was told it was under new ownership and tried it today. It was very good, but I wish they would change the name.

Never go to an empty Chinese restaurant. I should have known. The family who runs it is trash, especially the woman. She tries to charge elderly people extra $ on their bill thinking they won’t pay. They are crooks. Do not support this business, let them go out like the rest in this plaza and give hobe sound a chance to have a decent business in their place.

Delicious food tonight! Huge improvement in the food! Man Li has been there forever and the tastiness of the food has gone up and down over the years. We had takeout today and it was delicious! The orange chicken, the general Tso’s chicken, the Kung pao and the chicken with vegetables were all very flavorful, and nicely cooked. There was a good amount of both vegetables and protein! I will say it was spicier than it’s been in a long time, which I liked, but you could just ask for mild if you prefer.

Have been here before and had really amazing food. Not this time. Ordered some takeout and when I got home I was shocked to find that my container was mostly green peppers. Ordered Cashew Chicken and I expect to have some vegetables but the green pepper by far was the main attraction in the container.

I just ran in to get some fried rice to go because I’ve been working on Thanksgiving dinner all day and haven’t eaten. They still have an hour and a half before closing time, and the fried rice was the driest rice I’ve ever had in my life, it was absolutely horrible, I called and told them and they said yeah rice is dry!I HAVE NEVER HAD WORSE FRIED RICE IN MY LIFE! There is not even egg in it, let alone 1 vegetable. I am hoping that it’s just a one time deal, cause I live fried rice, and I’m gonna give them the benefit of the doubt- they want to get out for Thanksgiving tomorrow!I pray it’s better next time I try them- because I just moved to the area and I really hope they are going to be good

Usually has great service and always has great food. Lost my order that I made 30 minutes in advance last time that I called in an order and I had to wait for them to prepare. They did apologize and accept responsibility for the error.

there is nothing we ordered that I would recommend (multiple dinners and apps and soup). The dinners were basically 65% bland rice and the other 45 % was tasteless with minimal main ingredients (pork, chicken beef, seafood) Total waste, threw most of it out. Amazed anyone would ever go more than once. Do not waste your money.

Since learning of Man Li being under a new owner, thought would give it a try for dinner. Entered and found I was the only person in the entire place but was greeted warmly, given a seat at first table and provided a menu. Server took my drink order and left. I Noted everything was very pleasant, clean, and tidy. While deciding, a bowl of fried wonton noodles and small serving of duck sauce provided for dipping. I placed my order and proceeded to eat some of the fried noodles. Immediately noted an unpleasant, bitter after taste to the noodle this soon changed to the now recognizable taste of rancid oil. Thinking perhaps it was maybe just one or two, I soon realized all the fried noodles were bad. Next came my hot and sour soup. It was a generous serving, consisting of a thickened broth, several pieces of tofu, few slices of wood ear mushrooms and a couple slices of roast pork. A typical, albeit ordinary, hot and sour soup. About half-way through the soup, server brought order of the pan fried dumplings. This consisted of 4 good sized, hand shaped dumplings, fried a golden brown and was accompanied by a small dish of dipping sauce. Cutting one dumpling in half revealed a small, hand formed meat (most likely pork) filling encased in a very thick (1/4 inch) dumpling. Dipped one half into the sauce and ate it. Expecting the sauce to taste of soy sauce, rice wine, and ginger was a let down - tasted just like soy sauce. However, I couldn't get past gumminess of the dumpling it was just very unpleasant. I proceeed to only eat the meat filling. Next came the entree - chicken with garlic sauce - or more precisely been sprouts & mushrooms with garlic sauce. Expecting the garlic sauce to be dark brown and coating the entree, it was instead watery and set at the bottom of mound of bean sprouts. There were exactly 5 thin slices of white meat chicken. There was a slight taste of garlic, but again I was met with the taste of rancid oil. At this point I was starting to feel unwell - slight nausea - and decided to end my experience and asked for the check. Obviously a very disappointing meal and would not recommend Man Li Chinese.
