A co-worker recommended this establishment for subs. Unfortunately, our order was wrong and when I called in regarding our missing items and if we could be compensated due to us not receiving the items we paid for or return to pick up the "owner” yelled over the phone "Call 1-800 idgaf” and hung up. Its truly the most unprofessional business we've ordered food from. The location is off of 19 and I'm sure brings in a lot of traffic but when we picked up our order there were homeless people outside nodding out. Buyer beware.

Please double-check your order before leaving if you plan to order from this mom-and-pop shop. Their service quality has significantly declined, and they seem to have forgotten the essence of customer service. I've been visiting this establishment since its opening, yet each time, something is amiss with my order, either due to incorrect preparation or missing ingredients, which is disappointing given that's exactly what we pay for. Despite overlooking a few initial errors, my most recent experience was unacceptable. I ordered a Greek salad, expecting the American version that includes potato salad, a detail this restaurant used to get right. Instead, my salad came with mashed-up French fries, ruining both the nutritional value and the authentic taste of the dish.Upon calling to discuss this issue, the owner answered and quickly confirmed the salad was intended for someone else, recognizing the error but then, quite unprofessionally, demanded I return the dish for correction. Given that I live an hour away, this request was impractical and showed a blatant disregard for my time and inconvenience. It's not merely about the inconvenience; it's about acknowledging an error and providing a fair solution, like offering a refund or ensuring the order is corrected on a subsequent visit, without resorting to arguments or dismissing the customer.Excellent customer service is crucial, and as someone who owns a business, I believe every customer is important. How you treat your customers directly influences your revenue and the growth of your business. Neglecting customer service is detrimental in the long term. This feedback is not just a grievance but advice from an experienced entrepreneur: cherish your customers, for they are the foundation of your business's existence.

I basically paid 12 dollars for a couple cut up tomatoes and lettuce with some chicken on top. Barely enough dressing, and still soaking wet with water. Worst salad I've ever paid that much for. I've tried several of their subs (which weren't worth writing home about) thought the salad would be good at least. But no, just as bad as the rest of their food. Idk how they stay in business.

The most DISGUSTING pizza I’ve ever tried to eat in my life. I ordered on line with the request of “easy on the cheese please”. Maybe he misread “easy” for “extra”? nobody in the house liked it, and couldn’t even make it two bites in. I called and tried to talk to the manager about getting refunded but the person I spoke with was extremely rude started yelling at me and hung up on me. So we threw it away and ended up ordering elsewhere.Folks, save your money, the food and the hassle just isn’t worth what they are charging.

I have been 4 times and arrived after 12:15 in the afternoon. Closed up, nobody there. Usually on Thursday or Friday, days they should be open. The one time I DID get food there, it was good and li looked forward to going back. I guess they work when they feel like it or get broke and need the money.

Guy taking the order was wearing sandals with dirty socks, this should’ve been a sign but didn’t see this until after my order was placed and guy walked away from counter making it visible. Food was horrible, zero flavor. Waste of money. Place needs a deep cleaning too, it’s a hot mess.
