I do not recommend this location....I went there to order in the lobby being nice so I didn't hold up the line for my big order. They took my order and told me 20-25 min for Xtra crispy...I said ok. Then when the chicken came out they said that it would ve another 20 min for the bisquits...I requested that each tine something from my order is ready to give it to me so once the biscuits were done I could leave....nope they kept giving out what I ordered then after 50 minutes I got a refund. Ridiculous...noone even apologized...and when they all saw me getting a refund they kept asking why. Poor customer service and poor management!!!! The area manager needs to re train these people. They can look at the cameras and see all of the orders being taken out the front for the drive thru people. End of rant

The French fries were extremely salty. It tasted like they put regular salt then a ton of onion salt on them. It was like eating onion salt with no fries taste.

The cashier was so rude. She hollered at me for getting close to the wall menu. And for being close to another customer. He did not say anything. The cashier kept insulting me. She was very confrontational. I left without ordering. So did the other customer. I'm going out the door, and the cashier was still yelling and being rude and insulting. Cashier lost you orders, was very combative. Never going back to KFC. She was a heavyset black girl. She needs to be reprimanded. Fired? Suspended? Re-trained? Racial tension was evident. By !!!

I love KFC, but I wish they had the service that Chicfila has. Maybe 10 vehicles there and 4 cars are waiting for food outside, including myself. Granted, it only was for about 5 minutes it just makes me wonder if they did have a rush of like 20 or 30 cars. How could they manage to keep up? I feel like it's always been like this, though, at pretty much every KFC. Anyways, the new saucy nuggets are legit, and I love them! Please don't take them away.

Went in for my first time with my fiance and watched our food get handed to the wrong person they shuffle through the food and then shay took the food back and never came to us to explain about our food and we waited for a half hour rude and unprofessional. Never going back

Fry were old and in the fry dump for 20 minutes, they were dry and cold. My Chulupa was cold and soggy. The lobby was filthy! The trash was over flowing on each of the three trash cans, there was trash all over the floor and drink area. We had to wait 15 minutes for our food which we did not order much, 3 items. It was not busy so I don't know what was going on but it was unprofessional.

Got KFC for lunch today. Ordered the chicken pot pie, which is normally good..but today was very disappointing. There was no chicken in it..zero..mostly carrots, and not tasty..had to throw it out.
The last two times I’ve ordered at this location my order has either been missing sides or had the wrong sides?. I use this location because it’s convenient but will drive the extra distance in the future to get what I ordered.
