If they are real, the address is incorrect. They answered the text to say they were a bar then crickets. Waisted my time walking over to find a hotel looking building. No bar.

If a zero was an option I would have chosen that. I was a weekly customer until the switch in ownership. Since the change I have tried eating there multiple times and each time has not been an enjoyable experience. The wait for food is like a 5 star restaurant wait, but it's fast food. Tonight we were there for an hour and a half with no food even close to being done. Left with out eating and will not give them another try.

The the second you walk through the front door the the decadent aroma of food fills you nose ! You are greeted with a smiling face . Sara has made a life long impression of the type of quality,care and hospitality. From the time that we got here the atmosphere is electrifying from the rustic jockeys pictures to the 70s vibe . The food was simply amazing. From the juicy hamburger that reminds me of the olden days to the freshly seared skinned fries. This experience is one that I care to experience on a daily basis.

The food was good but the service was bad. I went last week with my family and the server was nice, until my mom walked in and the server was so rude to my mom. Gave her attitude and didn't let her order certain things. I hope she was just having a bad day and was like that and I hope it wasn't because my mom is Hispanic. We still left her a tip because we're respectful unlike her. wouldn't recommend this place.

Wonderful staff. The food has gone downhill since the menu has been expanded. Quality and portions have also changed drastically. The Flamingo still has the same great atmosphere it would just be nice to see it return to the same quality as before.

This is a small bar, specialising in rum. They had a great selection. Fun tiki bar. Very good service and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Was disappointed not to see any actual flamingos inside, however they made up for it with the best espresso martiki in Cairns 10/10

Been a 30 year patron of this establishment, went in yesterday for a small birthday gathering. It was our second time since the the new ownership took over. The Enid icon has went downhill at a rapid pace, after our first waitress left the service went to hell in a handbag. Mind you the place was dead, maybe 20 people total and we were there for 3 hours. Food was far from good, beer was warm and seemed flat, the place was just overall filthy. Pool tables are the worst that I have ever seen and there was 1/4 inch of dust on the walls. Staff became very rude as we were leaving, sad that it has gone into such a sad state, we were with another couple that had been going for 40 yrs and they won't be going back either. Hopefully they can turn it around, or sell it to someone who actually cares.
