First of all, Kevin was very attentive and knowledgeable when my husband and I met with him re the menu and and ambiance we were going for my 70th birthday party. The ahi tuna filets, sushi & camerones were amazingly fresh and the Beef Filet-wiches were delicious; but our surprisingly favorite was the Banh Mi Burritos --n they were spinach (green) wraps with an amazing filling of Hanoi slaw, pickled ginger, & mango chunks -- sooo delicious! Kevin at Moore Fine Foods was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I would work with him again in a heartbeat. I spent the first 6 months of the wedding planning process overseas, but Kevin was very responsive and helpful during the process. I will add to be cautious with your guest count when starting the contract process. They catered our wedding on 11/10/23 and they were amazing! Everyone told us that it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. Kevin was awesome to work with and such a fun guy! Thank you so much!!!!
