We ordered 7 items online and were short 2 sandwiches at pickup. The food was cold, even the 2 sandwiches they shorted us were cold when they brought them out. The fries were also cold. Tater tots were good and hot. We ate at the restaurant so it wasn't even as though the food got cold on the drive home, it was cold when they gave it to us
