I’ll start by saying, I liked absolutely nothing about this restaurant! The vibe was dead! There was a hostess named Rose, that was not nice AT ALL. She would not allow us to sit at a table until all 9 of our guest were there, although the tables were empty. There were only 2 tables with customers. The night did not get better after meeting her. Our server took about 20 minutes to come over to us. I ordered the nachos, they taste good, however, they were a huge bowl of chips. There were toppings only on the top, the rest were naked chips. I sent back my fish and chips because the fish tasted like greasy, Gordon’s frozen fish sticks. I sent the mango, strawberry, colada because it to was not good. To top off the night our server Carlton, with the warped hi-top fade felt it necessary to inform us when it was time to pay, that there was no gratuity included in the check, as if we wouldn’t notice that on the check and not tip him. I will not go back to the establishment, and would not advise anyone else to go.

Here is my review:It's great for kids and groups.We’re here at 9am and people started to trickle in.It has a few sections, indoor and out, that looking out to one of their pools.Our server has a big smile and complimented my purple hair highlight. She’s well prepared. At check time, she asks with a smile: room check or regular. I like the small detail she or management puts in.We’ve smoked salmon and SW skillet: both are good. The slice of grapefruit isn’t freshly cut. I crave bagel but haven’t found one shop that makes as good as New York’s - perhaps due to the water?Their portion is a little bit too large, and I hate to waste food - coming from Beijing before the economic boom, we were or at least I often went hungry. This little sentiment comes from the Smith tea bag, which was established in 1949…Jimmy Buffett (1946-2023) was a prolific song writer who died in Sag Harbor on Long Island on Sept 1, when the foliage begins to turn and New York is at her prettiest.RIPYour legacy is preserved. We had a reservation which was confirmed early in the day. Took an Uber and the restaurant was closed for a private event. No explanation just sorry. Never going back.

Valet parking was an absolute "Joke"...We were a party of 8 spent well over $550.00 for late lunch bday meet n greet.Valet cost nearly $100.00, damn stupid and will never happen to me again. Will go elseswhere.

We visit this hotel twice a year for the past few years and everything is always on point. Last visit only negative was quite a few kids at Lone Palm Pool vs the family pool and parents letting throw balls and splash around. Other trips the Pool with Cabanas has always been amazing. JWB steak house lobster was the ? and filet mignon cut with a butter knife.
