Very cozy place, with friendly, warm waitresses and prompt staff. We had the famous Pescado a lo Macho, which was ok, but we weren't crazy about the famous sauce. I guess it's a matter of taste. Excellent ceviche, though.

Awesome Peruvian food! We tried the Ceviche Mixto and Choros a la Chalaca as appetizers: both of them with great flavor. As entres we tried the Pescado a lo Macho which is arguably the best dish in the menu! What a wonderful sauce! We also had the Jalea Mixta : basically fried seafood chunks. Plenty of seafood an yuca. The sauce provided was pretty good. Presentation of the dishes was very attractive. Service was second to none. Luisa was super helpful, explained the menu very concisely and was very friendly as well. The maracuya juice (passion fruit) is very good too. Worth coming back. We learned that there is an affordable lunch during the week that’s worth trying.

Food was BOMB, great service, nice place.Grilled octopus and steamed fish were both cooked and seasoned to perfection. Prices were fair and affordable for great food and good portions. Would definitely recommend and return.

Delicious is the word to describe this place! Was visiting family and my cousin recommended we go here and I have no regrets. The pollo saltado was juicy, tasted amazing, and the perfect amount of filling. The service was also very good and attentive!

Amazing experience we went with a large of 13, the service was amazing the food was authentic and the taste out of this world.
The food was tasty and unique, decor straddles the line between formal and informal, and the wait staff was professional and courteous. Definitely worth a visit to try food you're unlikely to find elsewhere.

We chose Ankari51 to celebrate my bday last Sunday based on the positive reviews I found online and we really enjoyed it. The food was great, fresh and tradicional Peruvian flavors. The service was good, everyone was friendly and the owner was really nice and sweet. She mentioned they may be adding Chifa (Peruvian oriental food) to their menu and I hope they do, cause she mentioned that is her forte and everythibg else was delicious, so I can only imagine how good her Chifa must be. They also have multiple TVs were they play soccer matches, etc. Overall, great experience, we will be back for sure, maybe next Sunday for breakfast!
