Amazing customer service!! Used the Elderberry Syrup as a preventative due to a family member’s autoimmune disorder. Excellent results. Recently I had difficulty getting an order placed (I’ll credit old age for that). Jenn went way beyond my expectations and resolved the issue (very patiently I might add) within two days and the product was on its way. Great products, great service!

Came to Miami for the weekend from Orlando while my son had a cough from post nasal drip. Looked for a place that sold natural teas and came across Jenn’s. Found them relatively quickly in the YG Farmer Market and asked for herbs for a cough suppressant that focused on allergies. Genise made suggestions and mixed a personalized tea specifically for my needs! Also brewed a cup for my son to drink while we continued to walk through the market. Very knowledgeable staff and extremely patient. Taking a large bag or elderberry tea back to Orlando with us!!!
