Terrible Experience and Poor Service!I recently visited Capones restaurant based on a recommendation, hoping to enjoy a nice meal with my aunt and uncle as I was down visiting and hoping to have a memorable end to a great day.I will say it was very MEMORABLE!!While the restaurant boasted a great view, my overall experience was extremely disappointing.Firstly, the service was abysmal. Amazingly my uncle received his pizza promptly and managed to finish it before it before our food arrived as we told him to eat it before it got cold as my Aunt and myself were left waiting on our food. Luckily she decided to eat some of the Pizza..To make matters worse, my burger arrived a staggering 30 minutes after my uncle finished his pizza and was overcooked and average at best.. ( How do you mess up a burger at a bar restaurant?!!)But the most outrageous part was when my aunt's Red Snapper never arrived. The manager had the audacity to joke that it was "still swimming in the river." This level of unprofessionalism was truly unacceptable.Furthermore, the overall vibe of the restaurant was unpleasant. It seemed as though the establishment prioritized serving a large group behind us, who were receiving top-notch service and prompt delivery of their food. This stark contrast further highlighted the neglect and disregard we experienced throughout the evening.To add insult to injury, I became sick following morning, which has led me to question the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the restaurant. From the moment we walked in, I had a sense of skepticism, and sadly, my concerns were confirmed.In conclusion, I would not recommend this restaurant for a family dinner. Perhaps it could be an option if you're looking for a place to have some drinks and appetizers at the bar. However, based on my terrible experience with the service and some similar reviews about the behavior of employees and delayed food, the manager's inappropriate comment, and the subsequent illness, it is clear that this establishment has a long way to go in terms of providing a satisfactory dining experience.

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. There are much better places around Hollywood Beach where the food and service are much better. The food my girlfriend and I ate left a lot to be desired. Tara, our server, was awfully slow. She did not look like she wanted to serve a Hispanic couple like us. She made us wait forever to bring our appetizer. The appetizer was not good. We had to go to the extent to which I had to stand up from our table to request what my girlfriend needed. Because the server forgot to bring it to us and on top of it, she was rude to me when we all I did was ask her politely to please give us what she forgot. But the bartender JOE intervened on her behalf treating me much more awfully, screaming at me, threatening me with physical violence, and calling me and my girlfriend racist names due to our national origin. When I complained to Danielle, the supposed manager, she sided with him. His girlfriend who also works there also supported him in his wrong doing. We had no choice but to walk out due to the mistreatment we had to put up with. Thank You for ruining our experience at the restaurant you work for, Joey!

I decided to try somewhere new for dinner and since i was in the area, I went to visit capones. After my experience i definitely recommend trying them out. The atmosphere on the water is very fun & the food exceeded my expectations. Also my server PABLO was fantastic. He made sure my wife & I had a great experience & his recommendations were spot on. He provided fast/attentive service. I suggest sitting with PABLO on your next visit. He wont disappoint. 10/10 experience withcapones & my waiter. Ill be back again soon for dinner :)

This restauraunt is our favorite place for Italian food especially the pizza! Shout out to PABLO who always treats us like family and takes such good care of us! He is so nice and always makes sure we get to sit outside on the balcony facing the water and watching the boats go by. When you go make sure to tell them PABLO sent you! Best service, best food and sooo delicious!

We were in Hollywood for a 10X conference and were extremely blessed to have PABLO as our waiter. It was great to see his attention to detail and his abilities as a team player. We sat on the patio, which had a great view of the Bay Area and created a great early evening experience for my son and I. PABLO’S energy was very positive and the time and energy he gave us as a guess there made us know that we mattered to him. This was such a great experience and I would highly recommend Capones Flicker Lite the food and the PABLO experience to anyone that is looking to create a great memory at an affordable price and fun atmosphere!!!

So, I always come to Capone’s for the food right after I hit the beach. However, today’s experience was one of a kind. I came in and the restaurant was not busy, one waitress immediately told Amber to take me because she was busy with a 7 top which clearly she gave to Amber as well. Amber kindly took me with no hesitation and was very helpful. Amber was amazing, kind and patient. She is so sweet and attentive to my needs. I haven’t gotten service like this in a while. I honestly don’t do many reviews but she deserves to be recognized for her hard work and her kindness. I wish you nothing but positive vibes and blessings Thank you Amber, I will definitely come back specifically for you. As I said there are no such things as coincidence.

Great bar, cool atmosphere, terrible service.Our waitress was incredibly tedious. You could hardly understand what he was trying to say. I asked if there was pizza for children. The answer was yes! We got two huge pizzas for the children... we ordered a sprite without ice, we got sparkling water with ice. But we were charged for a Sprite...I ordered a large pizza for myself. But on the bill was a more expensive, larger 16" pizza. When I asked what that was about. I was told that the "large" pizza was no longer available, only the 16". A cheek, then the menu should be adjusted or at least something should be said when ordering....Very, very poor service! Never again, what a shame about this great place.
