Last Monday, we stopped by here to grab a quick meal on our way home.We ordered the Buford burger combo with fries and Sprite. The burger is so messy that I couldn't take a picture of it because my fingers were now sticky. It was good but 3 bites and I was full. Same with the fries and drink. My daughter had the same order. I couldn't check in either with the mess. The Buford is huge! It does taste good, though.There is outdoor seating picnic table style. Lots of parking space also. Service or the order taking is done thru an automated voice. "She: is very sharp at her "job".

PLEASE KEEP THE SOURDOUGH BUFUORD PERMANENTELY. ITS FIRE! Also, don't put the chkn strip bag on the floor. The same guy at window, making burger, throwing fries on,grabbing strips, pouring soda... the only other employee was outside on FaceTime. Poor guy was running everything by himself. The burger was delish!

I purchased 3 orders of the chicken bites and fries ? and it was 10 fries and 7 little bites. You can't even see the food it's so tiny ? we use to get more when it cost 1.99 opposed to 3.49

Story time : Where do I start at 1 am the staff in here arguing cursing each other out and not making the orders the type of behavior that was displayed tonight is disgusting I asked the lady how long would the order take to be ready she said the window is not my property to touch I should not have opened the window THAT WAS ALREADY HALF WAY OPENED ????? Misplaced anger because she was already getting cursed out by her coworker….HELP ME UNDERSTAND THE PURPOSE OF PLACING AN ORDER PRIOR WHEN SOMEONE WHO HAS NOT CAN PLACE AN ORDER AND GET Their order first. Then I had a second order to pick up at 1 :35 I gave her the order name in the regular drive through (because t there’s 2 ) she told me to go in the second One after 20 minutes I get to the front she said somebody picked up the order by the name of TYRA HOWEVERRRRRRRR I knew she was lying hungry angry spiteful self and just to prove it I called door dash customer service who confirmed that I was the only person on the order. Once I told her that she said “ IDK I PROBABLY GAVE IT AWAY TO THE WRONG PERSON” ?? YOU ARE LYING AND JUST WANNA KEEP THE FOOD buyer beware this place is shady asl customer service is non EXISTENT

Why does it ALWAYS take 25+ mins to get through the drive thru at this location when there’s just 2-3 cars? It’s mind boggling. What are they doing in there? And when you get to the window, you’re just sitting there forever before someone even opens it.
Sat in line, ordered, paid. Was told there was a wait for a food item. Asked to drive back around to pick up.. an hour and ten minutes later, left with no food and a five day wait for a refund. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION...

Ordered a mobile order on the app and when I picked up my truck did not fit through the skinny drive thru so I just walked up to the window. I was looked at and ignored for quite a few minutes as I could see my order laying there on the counter before I put my phone up to the glass and finally they put they’re phones down and I got some acknowledgment. Once I got the order and went to eat it, it wasn’t even right. On my baconzilla I asked for no cheese sauce, only cheese slices. When I got it it had only cheese sauce and no cheese slices. Exactly opposite. Don’t waste your time or money on this inconsiderate lazy location.Parking: Tight parking but understandable

Horrible service to pick up a order the staff was eating while I was waiting ignore me several times . I try Waving my hand and honking to get their is attentions and still got ignored. I I had to get out of the pick up line and go to order line for me to finally get Service to pick up my order. After informing them, that was there to pick up an order. They told me I had to go to the delivery line. I informed them I was waiting for several minutes and was ignore. The worker attending the window said Sorry we didn't see you and finally I got my order.

Very good burgers, hotdogs and wings, although the customer service is terrible. It took them a while to serve me at the window and when they finally opened it, it smelled like weed inside.
