It's been a while since I've order checkers and today we decided to go get 4 chicken sandwich meal and we get home 3 of them over cooked and the other one “freshly” you'll see the picture of the freshly cooked chicken attached. So I called and someone not professional at all answer and I explained my situation and not even I'm sorry or an apology they heard what I said and hung up. If they don't like what they do they shouldn't be there!! Or train your employees to be better leads and set the example

First time taking my 8 year old and he said his burger was the best burger he's ever had. Husband hates all types of veggies on burger and asked for only cheese and meat and they got it right! Can't tell you how upset it makes him when it's wrong. I've always loved checkers the food is always good and the service was fast! Thank you to all the hard workers that make it happen!

I had a coupon to use and they took my coupon and charged me full price. When asked, they told me that they took my card before the coupon and forgot about the coupon. Didn’t give my coupon back or offer to try to make it right.
Good fast service. Love their fries and just tried the fried mushrooms and wow ? ? deliciously crispy yet soft ? I was skeptical to try but glad I did ?

Filthy is the best way to describe this place. The automated ordering system is a joke. You can't customize how you want your order. You have to know what the food is by the name they give the item. When I ordered two cheeseburgers, the person at the window asked me if I wanted cheese on them. I said yes, just no pickles. They came with no cheese. Who orders a cheeseburger with no cheese? I think that is called a hamburger. When I looked inside as I waited for my order you could see this place was filthy, with food laying all over the floor, stepped on fries mashed into the floor, side of the grill looked as if it hasn't been cleaned in months. I had to park to check my drive through order and that is when I found that my cheeseburgers had no cheese. I had to walk up and ask for what I ordered and the man argued with me that I would order cheeseburgers without cheese. When the food was remade I could see that the rest of the preparation area was just as filthy and he put cold burgers on my new sandwiches. Never, ever going back here. I would give it zero stars if it was possible.

I ordered The $5.00 meal which comes with a checker burger, nuggets, fries and a drink. The food came hot because we were the only customers however we got charged $.50 for dipping sauce. why doesn't this meal come with any dipping sauce? it has nuggets...
