I go to chicken kitchen all the time- literally spending hundreds of $ each week on lunches for doctors and this location serves me rice that is HARD as a ROCK every time. Please get better, will not order again from this location....

I really want this CK location to make it, so I hope they can up their game. Last night I went for dinner at 7:45. The place was empty and there were four employees behind the counter chatting. We ordered two large bowls and were told they had run out, and only small bowls were available. I asked if there was another solution to still get the large bowl quantity and price, but the young man was unable to compute.Unfortunately, the brown rice in our small bowl was extremely dry and hard, crunchy with every bite. Not at all pleasant to eat. I asked for salt and pepper, but they only had salt, no pepper. The flavors were good as usual for CK.A couple of the tables needed cleaning, crazy given that employees were doing nothing while the restaurant was empty.I will eventually give them another try because I love CK, but never again if they don't improve.

The food was great but the service is horrible the manager was rude and respectful. The employees never said “welcome” or “bye”. The manager and the employees look like bored or sad.. they never smile

Food. Service. Ambiance. Excellent. This location in West Pines is my favorite. Rafael is the best!!! We love coming here almost daily sometimes. I work near by and this is my to go spot for lunch. It's always fresh food, fast service and the location is very clean. The service is just great. Everyone in this location is so nice. Always smiling and working hard. Every single visit we make we are welcomed and greeted, with a Hi. Hello. How are you. Every single time! Greeting us like we arrived at home. Making us feel very welcomed. I appreciate this team so much and I am so happy this location is now part of our community. At CK my faves are the Mexican bowl and the Bazooka bowl. Always! Which brings me to the GUAC. Made fresh daily. Delicious. Oh & don't forget to get your sauce to top off. My fave is Garlic Cilantro. Many options to choose from. Can't go wrong. Go to CK. Enjoy!
