First things first, the service was not the best at all. If you're not white, except to stand for over 8 minutes waiting to be seated while not busy. My mom and I always order food over the phone from this restaurant, and everything tastes great. But this time, we decided to dine in! As soon as we got to the door, we were not greeted by anyone. There were two older couples that were obviously family members to whoever owns the restaurant, they saw us, and neither of them decided to call someone to get us seated or at least ask us if we're picking up an order! Eventually after 8 minutes of standing someone came to seat us. Once we were seated, I realized two white guys came in and within seconds, someone greeted them with smiles, I just find that so ironic how you can get treated differently based off of your race, yet we're all spending money to keep your business going. So ignorant and sad. Furthermore, the waitress came, she was pleasant, she took our order in parts though since she was the only one taking everyone's order, but the food tasted much different in person, versus over the phone. It was barely Luke warm, and our pork fried rice was barley warm, nor did it taste fresh. Yet it took over 30 minutes for everything we ordered to come out. Also, except to pay $15 more in person than over the phone for the same amount of food you normally purchase. I honestly felt uncomfortable to eat anything, and the silverware and plates didn't look washed properly. Overall, I'd give my experience here a 4/10

I ordered delivery the driver was very hostile and rude to my teenage son. He was very impatient and disgustingly rude and angry. He tried to force me to give him a tip and wouldn’t give me my food if I didn’t tip him. I will never order from this restaurant ever again.

This has been my favorite Chinese restaurant in Hollywood. Not Anymore... It's terrible. My shrimp chop suey wasn't allowed to be served as a pint, only a quart. I asked for extra water chestnuts. The guy told me they did not have any in the whole store! They apparently had no snow peas or bamboo shoots either. It was broccoli, bok choy, a few mushrooms & carrots. The shrimp was nasty as well. My husbands peppersteak was cheap beef & over cooked. his fried rice was a greasy mess. We will never return. The new owners have ruined a great spot & raised the prices!
I ordered delivery Friday night only due to this restaurant being voted best in Hollywood. Unfortunately this is the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten. I ordered Chicken and vegetables. The chicken was slimy, the texture was mushy, it was not even edible. Following eating some of the meal, I had the worst stomach ache. How they got voted best in Hollywood, no idea.
