the customer service at this resteraunt is horrendous, whoever was the line duty and cashier on april 6th at 3:30-4 pm are terrible they don’t even speak any english or know how to do their job efficiently or effectively. walked out with cold food after the cashier took forever to ring up the line, aswell as to be served in general due to both line workers walking around aimlessly.

The food was cold, there was no soda, there was a bad work environment, the workers fought for eating at the premises, it was 10 o'clock and they closed at 11. The guy charged me more than he should, I don't recommend that you go to eat, there is, it killed all my desire to eat.

This place has gone so downhill over the past couple of years. Most employees are rude, snarky and petty. They put so much salt in their meat that it literally burns my mouth, and not to mention it’s usually dirty and I understand it gets busy but there is no one wiping tables. You have to grab napkins and wipe it yourself for the most part. The lady who made my bowl was rude and bobbled her head at my mom when she asked if she could please have a bowl, then I went back after eating to ask for a lid so that I could take the rest of my bowl with me and she stuck her finger up to me telling me to wait, while she tried to look busy playing with taco shells. I ended up going to the front counter where another employee who was actually doing something, and asked for a lid. He was kind and took half of a second to give me a lid. This establishment has low standards for the kinds of employees they hire. Most times I come here I have to put up with someone’s sad attitude. This Chipotle and the one on Stirling are the dirtiest, most unkept and have the rudest employees I’ve ever seen.

I could not find one clean place to sit so now I'm sitting at a dirty table eating trying to get out of here. There are five people at the counter and maybe seven employees here but no one can come in the dining room and wipe the tables off.
