It used to be call la palmera and you could order from a super big windows now you go to go inside and order it look nice but before it was not that sophisticated it took away a nice feeling

My first time experience of cuban food. I would say...WOW..such flavor. Their food was so tasty and so wonderfully seasoned. The national food, Ropa Vieja, was exceptional!! And cafe cubano was excellent!! Even though, they don't speak much English, still Highly recommended!!

I can't say enough positive about this restaurant. All of their staff were very outstanding. Their hospitality and genuinely care to costumer are very laudable and commendable. The food and drinks were amazing, and nothing to complain about. Everything about my experience was so fantastic. I will make this restaurant a regular visit now and highly recommend it to everyone.

I celebrated my graduation earlier this evening in this great place. I am glad to say that it was a outstanding evening and the restaurant was indeed one of the reasons for that strong meeting. The team participated in a very nice way, the food was appetizing and my guests were so happy. We shall definitely return for more celebrations. thanks very much.

Ya'll. The food is good. Real good. I try every Cuban place I come across (at least 50 different ones by now). Definitely in the top 5 I have eaten at. Everything is fresh. Most homemade that I know of. I now frequent the place a few times a week to see if any empanadas are still tucked away. ?

I really wish I could give this place no stars. I had a horrible experience here. I ordered the fish sandwich and half way through eating it I realized that it was not fully cooked. I took it back and the girl there was very nice and understood. She took the sandwich to the cook and he appeared very aggravated and then proceeded to take the halfway cooked fish out of the sandwich, wiped the sauce off and threw it in the fryer. He then removed it and put it back in the now soggy half a sandwich that was left. I ended up just taking it and throwing it out after I walked out. I was absolutely shocked at how this situation was handled and will never be eating there again

This is in a convenient location on Hollywood Blvd near state rd 7. I have a slight addiction to cafe con leche and Cuban breakfast in general. I was excited to spot this restaurant after traveling a few miles looking for a Cuban cafe. The food was amazing the presentation was awesome and my cafe con leche was great! Will be visiting again!
We ordered to go, when we got home we had the wrong sandwich, the sandwich was okay but not great. We also ordered ropa vieja, it was bad, the meat wasn't cooked right, and there were only three pieces of meat and a lot of onion and peppers in the container. When you pay for an order of meat, you expect to get meat, otherwise they should rename the plate.

Food was not good and they did not have a many items on the menu. My wife got the steak bowl and the steak had no flavor Rice beans were on point. The drinks were not good either. While eating someone came in With their food and said their food was not cooked :(

Just had the 305 sandwich and a lemonade, it was pretty freakin delicious! Ordered from Uber eats, everything went seamlessly and I was delivered a chonk of a tasty sandwich and a fresh squeezed lemonade, big enough to share if you’re into that sort of thing. Shockingly affordable too(secretly I think they should charge more, it’s that good lol). Cubanos is now in my restaurant rotation?

I went there for the first time on 8/05/2020 in the evening after work. I ordered a spicy grilled chicken breast sandwich with the french fried sticks. The sandwich was delicious but they skimped me on the fries. I had an overall great experience that day with my order taker (who was very nice and helpful). I would give that visit 4 stars.My biggest disappointment was this morning when I tried to place an order over the phone for pick up. The first lady I spoke with spoke no english and was not able to take my order. When I asked her for someone who spoke english and asked for the young man that worked there, she hung up the phone on me. I called back and asked to speak to a manager and the phone was given to another lady that couldn't understand me either. I believe I was told a manager would be in "after 2pm". I am sure this place can be an awesome place but I guess I just don't understand how you can have an establishment with a single person not being able to communicate with a customer. The front line personnel or whomever answer your phone lines should have the ability to communicate with your customers.
