Some days y'all do amazing some days it's just good. Sometimes the grits are served preseasoned and are the best I've had but other days they're plain grits, I get that's what the salt n pepper is for but it's not the same. The brown gravy also varies it's nice but some times the cook kills and it's thicker and richer. I love y'all's food but if we can have it be more consistently delicious would be great, also been waiting on the chopped steak patties to come back cause the smothered pork chops came out thin as a plate today and I'm still hungry.

I’ve had Derry’s before, always on point. Today however, I had a serious craving for liver and onions so I ordered. That liver and onions took me back to my childhood when my grandma used to make it. It was so good. I work close by and we order from time to time but this was my first time having liver and onions from Derry’s. Only thing is now I have to make it through the rest of the day at work. When a meal is so satisfying and fulfilling, you just want to lay down and take a nap and that’s what I want to do now after that breakfast. Thanks Derry’s for an amazing meal as always. I usually always add pictures to my reviews, but by the time I thought to take a picture the food was gone lol.

Very busy on this Sunday morning. Medium rare steak in the steak n eggs was grossly overcooked and tough as shoe leather. That turned me off to the point where i didn't touch the eggs or french toast. Coffee was lukewarm, and so was the service. It was several minutes before I was acknowledged at the service counter; My server never engaged and seemed sullen of my server, ( maybe she's quiet by nature); The owner attributed the poor service to being busy but if staff can't handle busy and cordial at the same time, something is wrong. Maybe I expect too much....

You can smell the food once we got out of the car. Fantastic location for a night out! The meal was excellent and really tasty. It was a really nice environment. The level of customer service was fantastic! Without typing or writing down our order on the iPad, our waiter was able to recall it. We ordered dinner to go because we were so happy with it.

I was visiting Florida and happened to spot this place and they did not disappoint.When we arrived in the morning, we thought this was a no-go but once we walked in we immediately knew this was a hidden gem? , and so will you.We dined in, the place was a little run down. But it shows they care about the community they are feeding and supporting. They played some gospel hits to start our morning. If it bothers you, then this is not the place. To me, it's perfectly fine. It's rare from where I come from to find a place that plays gospel music.I got the Shrimp & Grits to fill the soul and my partner got some regular Pancakes, eggs, and bacon. BIG, Fluffy Pancakes. Both were on point for a good price.
