Daisy is the most remarkable bartenders I have ever been with. Marilyn is a great hostess. Sarah (sp?) Is great too. Can't say enough about Daisy though. Best ever. Oh. And got the bone in ribeye. Excellent.

Wait staff spilled multiple drinks on our table and guests. No empathy was ever expressed and no manager in site. At the end of our meal, we had a question about the bill which the waitress had to refer to the manager. Still, the manager never showed their face. Food was good but overpriced for the service.
From Alison (so gracious) at the hostess station, to Daisy behind the bar, the team makes you feel welcome the minute you walk in. The food is done so well from the meats to the fish. Just don't leave there without trying to octopus. It has a Peruvian sauce with just enough spice to make it the best octopus dish you will ever have. Hats off to the team.

The octopus had a very strong chipotle sauce all over it which is not something I've ever seen before, it would have been better if it had a different sauce on the side. The regular mashed potatoes were watery and the broccolini tasted like a rubber shoe; so we got this off of the bill as it went uneaten after one bite. The steak was good that we ordered but not worth the price of $70. The ambiance was nice, we showed up and had to wait for our reservation due to a table not getting up for a while so they asked for a server to come out and get our drink order from the lobby. It was nice that they got us a drink, customer service wise they were great. It was unfortunate the food was $200 and we left disappointed.

Our daughter is a chef so we have had amazing meals and restaurant experiences and this is literally the best meal in a restaurant we have ever had! The service was on point. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was incredible! They definite do over!
Second time here! Staff is extremely professional and take their role very seriously. Food is great ? the oysters, ceasar salad, filet mignon, whipped potatoes, tater tots, broccolini, and creme brulee is pictured.

The best meal and experience I've had in years! Sebastian and Melania gave great service and the food was exquisite. The perfect Valentine's Day meal. They had a small pre fixe menu but we weren't forced to order from it. My husband and I shared the Carpaccio, which was tender and tasty, then he had the sea bass and I had the king salmon. Both dishes were prepared perfectly. For dessert we shared the chocolate Raspberry creameaux...it was heavenly. A beautiful experience all around.

Service and food is outstanding that's why we come every year at least one night when we visit the Diplomat, but if not for Allyson & Daisy who greet us with big smiles, and treats us like family we probably wouldn't have dined there three nights out of the week. They made our experience top-notch.
