I ordered online and it took over 2 hours for my delivery and I live pretty close and when I called the phone wasn't working. I only gave as many stars as I did because my delivery driver April was so nice and courteous. She made sure to call me before she came to let me know my food was fresh out the oven and that one sauce was not available so I can choose another. I was really worried about my food after reading all the horrible reviews but my food was fresh and so delicious probably the best from a Domino's I ever had. Thank you April for making this a great experience I almost forgot how long I was waiting.

I placed an order for delivery and was told 45 min to 60 mins. After 90 mins I called to find out where my order was. I was told that they were short staffed and were behind. I asked how much longer and was told they didn’t even make my order yet. How are these people still in business. I plan to complain to Dominos corporate. Who knows, maybe they won’t care. Dominos has definitely gone downhill.

Me and my friend came and ordered it and they said it would be ready in 20 minutes. After waiting for half an hour, we asked about the status of our order, they said they would prepare it now. We said no problem, we'll wait. The person who prepared our pizza scraped the sauce spilled on the table with his finger and applied it to the pizza without using gloves. When we said that we could not accept this, the staff inside shouted at us and canceled our order. When we asked about the official or the manager, they told us that there was no manager of this place. Dominos pizza apparently did not discuss the necessary conditions with the employees and manager of this establishment. I would never buy a dominos pizza again.

Then I saw that the people preparing order were not using gloves and asked them to use gloves, and the employees inside shouted at me. He rubbed him hands on him clothes rubbed him hands on the sauce on the table and rubbed him hand on my pizza. When I said I couldn’t accept this, the people inside canceled my order

God forbid you have a question here and ask the young lady with glasses at the register. Because when you thank her for an explaination for a question you had and take longet than 2 seconds to walk away she replys with 'did that not answer your question??' thank you to everyone else who was super nice after I waited in the lobby for 20+ min.
