My mom and I came in for some coffee and it was not good, she asked for a coffee with almond milk and it didn't taste very good, they put more coffee than milk, and when I asked for more milk, she didn't taste anything different, it just wasn't good coffee. Really didn't like it at all.

Nice local Dunkin right on State Road 7. Open late. Nice place to relax and catch up on some work, emails etc. Without interruption. Only downside I would say is after around 7 PM. There is not many donuts left and they don’t make any more fresh ones until the next morning.

The servers outside are Great! The food prep team .. not so much. Foods always wrong. Today I finally returned to the store to let them know. Outside staff and Ali mgr were great to and resolved the matter. Customers.... Let themknow if the orders not right..... They WILL FIX IT!

My husband and I stopped by Dunkin Donuts to buy some donuts for our kids on the way home today around 9:45 pm. It was pouring outside and we couldn't hear the the employee on the speaker. Nobody was in the line so we headed towards the window to order directly and a blond thin lady in her 40s or 50s approached the window to say we had to order thru the speaker. My husband explained we were getting wet because of the rain and we couldn't hear them at all thru the speaker but she proceeded to say " You can't order at the window, you have to go back and order thru the system because we are on a timer!" Of course we weren't going to go back to order because it was obvious she didn't want to help us, she was rude and we couldn't hear them thru the system either way, so we left. Food is good, customer service is horrible.
