My mom was in town and wanted to have Thai food. I went to Yelp and found Eddie's restaurant which has great ratings. It didn't disappoint and neither did Eddie! We had some amazing food and good laughs to go with it. Eddie is a character and had us laughing multiple times thought out the evening. Amazing business owner and very customer focused. Certainly worth checking out if you're a local or just visiting.

The only upside to the location in a nearly vacant shopping center is there’s plenty of available free parking! The food at this second generation Thai eatery is outstanding. We enjoyed a Pad Thai (central-northern style), a scrumptious crispy duck in fresh basil sauce, fresh crunchy papaya and carrot salad, and a whole snapper ‘Pla Jian’ with heaping portions of fluffy white rice. Ice cold Singha beer properly served in a frosted mug and a decent Markham merlot seemed perfect accompaniments. We seemed to be the only ones dining on a Friday night. They seated us outside on request. There were several takeaway customers but during these difficult times, local family owned venues such as this deserve all the support we can give. We live 45 minutes away, but it was worth the drive to savor authentic Thai cooking.

I would highly recommend. We started with lychee sakitinis. They were great! Then got the dumplings and chicken satay appetizers. Both very good. Our main courses, chicken red curry and tofu pad Thai, were amazing. The owner, Eddie, is very personable.

Eddie's Thai is a really good place. I enthusiastically recommend it for a casual, delicious meal. I went with my son and we both loved our meals. Eddie is a fun guy that makes you feel right at home. And he plays 80's music to make your experience even more enjoyable. =) I will definitely be back. Best thai in the area.

Eddie is an excellent host. Both he and his wife work their butts off to ensure you enjoy the food and experience. Awesome place with people that truly care. We will add this to our rotation and it will be the go-to Thai spot!

Stopped in for lunch with 3 colleagues and interestingly enough, we all ordered the the Red Curry Chicken. When we arrived, another group of 4 were leaving so we were the only ones eating in the restaurant. There was sanitizer on the tables and the table was wiped down when we arrived. The lady that took our order and subsequently served us, was wearing a mask and gloves. They were certainly Covid ready. As for the food, it was just okay. I felt as if the chicken was a bit tough and there seemed to be possible a spice missing as it was sorta bland. It was honestly not a place that I would go out of my way to eat at and it I did, I guess I would consider trying another dish. BTW, the consensus from my team was the same regarding the chicken and the seasoning so I guess it wasn't just me.
