The food tastes great this is my second time this happend to me. I order the brisket sandwich a Total of 3 I was charged $9.00 for each and only received 1 egg and I paid for 2.

Poor management. I waited 8 to 10 minutes to place my order, partially due to a credit card reader not working. Finally, they opened another register, and she took care of the people behind me. I felt invisible, though I assure you I'm not! I walked out. Better to go to the Publix deli across the street.

First time coming to this location- service was quick, however my order was cold! I did order a tasty turkey but I asked for bagel to be heated and it wasn't. Turkey also looked purple in color- wasn't happy at all with the food! Coffe was decent though.

I just left this establishment and clearly everyone there is miserable. No one smiles or cares about your order. It’s sad. Please get better management, train and take care of your employees.

To have to wait 35 minutes for one bagel and one breakfast burrito is not a good time. The place wasn’t busy to the degree that warranted that kind of wait. Ironic because you’d think getting bagels would be a quicker option.

Went there this afternoon...the young lady at the Register was HORRIBLE. Needs a DRAMATIC CUSTOMER SERVICE adjustment.Send her to ChicFila for training...they appeared to have figured out.If you do not want to be there...go the hell home!!!

Poor customer service in this location. Found a hair in my sandwich and went back to get a new one. They treated me as if it was a chore to make a new one and they didn't believe me. Although in the end they made me a new sandwhich... they still charged me for my drink even though it's not my fault and I was inconvenienced to come back. I usually stop by when I am in town because we don't have this chain in my state. Might need to reconsider some of my options...
