The location is rebuilt, reopened and newly remodeled! They rebuilt with high ceilings and lots of openness. It's brighter and more beautiful than it was originally. I attended the opening and the staff is great and ready to go. The food was wonderful and we had a really good time. We even saw Mr. Flanigan, who was in attendance and greeting everyone on opening night.

Every time I am down visiting the area this is my number one destination. Their bloody marys and ribs are the best I have had! I don't think we have ever had a bad experience eating here. My only note is that it gets busy so be prepared to wait for a table, but other than that..... totally worth it!

This is one of the best Restaurants I've ever been to & for the price/view you can't beat it! I went with my husband and daughter, we were celebrating our bday (the Mr. and I share Bdays)walking in you see the ocean and we got there before the sunset so the view was stunning. We had two waiters (shift change)Esteban and Mel and they were wonderful and attentive, even with a fussy two year old they treated us very well and genuinely wanted to us to have a wonderful experience. Our meal was delicious will be coming back whenever I'm in Hollywood, FL.

My husband brought home the Rockin Rib rolls 2 minutes from our house. They are covered in grease and soggy. They looked like they were stepped on. I went back to the restaurant to get $ back for them because at this point I lost my appetite. The manager said I will get you a new one, and I said no thank you I lost my appetite. To have to Manager Nick roll his eyes at me. Rush me over to the bar area area demanded "wait here" and than came back and held his hand out and said "card" he than gave me the receipt with the difference. I said did you refund the entire order and restart the tab. His response "well kinda" Than stood there and watched me tip and sign. Very upsetting and made me extremely uncomfortable having someone watch me tip and sign a tab.

We really enjoyed our dinner here. We visited during the reopening following Covid 19 and the staff here were more serious about following the reopening guidelines than any other place we have visited-- I really appreciated this. They were very serious about mask wearing whenever you were walking around the restaurant and sanitized hands on the way in the restaurant door and outside the restrooms. Food wise- We had the potato skins as an appetizer (very good and reasonably priced) the dolphin fish meal grilled and a prime rib entree. The prime rib was tender and delicious and the fish tasted so fresh. Next time we visit we'll save room for dessert. We will def. come here again.
