I travel extensively and am in from out of town. First time here to this shop. Always looking for an excellent sub or hoagie being from New Jersey. Gili the owner is super friendly however, 117 reviews and a 4.8 rating tells me a couple of things. One, a lot of friends, family members or paid reviews posting 5-star reviews with NO description of what they purchased. Two, specifically asked for no oil and vinegar and to add provolone cheese. No cheese added and oil vinegar was added. Look at the picture. What does this remind you of? RaceTrac, 7-Eleven? Exactly. Processed thick sliced rubber turkey on a Wonder white bread roll. Next pic is Laspadas. Went there the next day. Should have known better.

We were told about this place by a woman who drove the airport shuttle bus to the Days Inn Hollywood after we were left high and dry by Spirit Airlines. There was no menu online but when my husband, who can be particular about them, ordered a steak and cheese sandwich he got just that! It was delivered promptly and still hot! The roll was toasted just right, not too crispy but not soggy for the amount of steak on it. The steak itself needed no more seasoning as it was deliciously flavored without being too salty or overpowering the juicy chunks of steak. It was just what a couple of weary travelers needed. We'll never fly Spirit again but will keep this place in mind when visiting the Miami area! I rated it 4 stars due to lack of online menu.

I LOVE subs and so when I saw this place on my way to work one day, I was eager to try it.The Italian sub is delicious! Honestly, the best Italian sub I have ever had. My friend got the Roast Beef sub and he liked it a lot, practically devoured it in what seemed like just a couple minutes. The subs are made fresh to order (you can tell) and very filling. I thought I could eat a large in one sitting and I was wrong lolThe gentlemen there are very nice and welcoming. It's a very cozy cafe with a "family feel" atmosphere.I will definitely be coming back soon! Trying the Cuban sub next!

Gili's is a comfortable Sub Cafe with great service and greater Subs. My wife had the Roast Beef & and had a great Cuban Sandwich . You can park at both sides of the Cafe and plenty of seating if you wish to eat inside. Enjoy!!!Vegetarian options: They serve Veggie Subs.Parking: You can park at both sides of the Sub.
