I visited IHOP on 2754 Hollywood Blvd, Hollywood, FL 33021 on 04/17/24 at around 11:43 PM, and let me tell you, it was a complete disaster.I placed an order through the IHOP app, expecting a simple pickup process. However, upon arrival, I was given my food along with a laughable 12 oz drink, despite having paid for a substantial 30 oz beverage.When I politely pointed out the error, the server insisted, with an infuriating level of confidence, that the drink was indeed 30 oz. It was as if she thought I was incapable of distinguishing between a 12 oz and a 30 oz cup. Despite my attempts to reason with her, she stubbornly clung to her delusion, refusing to acknowledge the obvious mistake.Just when I thought the situation couldn't get any worse, my girlfriend, who had accompanied me, also faced the server's disrespectful behavior. After I left the IHOP and returned to my car, my girlfriend went back inside to address the issue with the same server. Despite her efforts to resolve the situation calmly and provide evidence of the correct order, the server continued to be rude. However, my girlfriend stood her ground, and eventually, the server begrudgingly gave her the correct 30 oz drink.As if that wasn't bad enough, my girlfriend was insulted by the server during the exchange, further adding to the unpleasant experience.This entire ordeal was an absolute nightmare. Not only did we receive the wrong order initially, but we were also subjected to the server's arrogance, unprofessionalism, and offensive behavior.IHOP claims to provide a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience, but this particular location fell far short of that promise. Unless you enjoy being treated poorly by the staff, I strongly advise against visiting this IHOP. Management needs to take immediate action to address the incompetence and appalling behavior exhibited by their employees. This has not been my first experience dealing with this type of behavior from the employees there, and it's clear that they have a systemic problem that urgently needs to be addressed.

Delivery ordered. No utensils, I ordered honey mustard and Ihop sent ketchup butter and syrup instead. Like I don't understand why you people can't read simple instructions on customers orders!!

I sat for over 30 minutes, and nobody approached me to explain that they’re understaffed to give them a minute I had to get up and find out if you communicate with your customer they’ll be more understanding

I went to this IHOP on Saturday and I almost decided that would be my last visit to IHOP. I grew up on IHOP and quite frankly it’s one of my favorite go to breakfast spots. When I went away to college in Tallahassee in 2000 I use to write to IHOPs corporate office to build one in Tallahassee. I was so happy to see 10 years letter they did build one. So it hurts me to write that services has depleted over the years. I arrived and was seated. I got the impression the server I was assigned to was on her way out. She knew the job but the face was not so welcoming. I will say she stepped up her attitude by the end of the restaurant experience. I watched my pancakes placed under the light and it stayed there for at least 10 minutes. I witnessed another server gather her items to be delivered 2 times before someone brought the cold pancakes to me. I then witnessed the waitress pick up a plastic utensil to separate something on the plate. She finished off by separating it with her hand. I was so appalled to conclude that was my plate of food. So before she even put the pancakes on my table I told her I wanted a fresh set. I didn’t get to explain why. She immediately just dumped the pancakes and ordered a new set. Which was great. The next part of my review is that I ordered Oreo waffles for my son who did not eat it all. I ask for a to go container and was provided a container too small to hold the left over. I then proceeded to ask the manager of the restaurant for a container that can fit and he said unfortunately they do not have containers that can fit the waffle. At this point I was just upset that they would just lie like that. I responded saying so if you order Oreo waffles to go, the container can not fit? He responded and said he apologize because he is counting money. By this time I knew I was going to write a review and wanted to include photos.The glass they gave me the orange juice in had lipstick on it. The napkins they gave me had spots on it. The silverware was wrapped with food debris.I will not be going back to this IHOP ever again. I didn’t feel welcomed and I can’t believe they have me contemplating never eating at IHOP ever again.
Can’t believe that the restaurant it’s actually empty and the food took over 40 min to arrived, and in top of it it was freezing like it just came out of the fridgeIf people don’t want to work then stay home and let someone else do the job
