I ordered a sandwich with Hot Peppers, i reminded the person 2 times so they would not make a mistake. Sandwich was prepared incorrectly when i noticed upon arriving home. Store offered for me to drive back to the store to “pick up hot peppers” in lieu of a replacement. Careful when ordering from here, they are not trained to take orders properly and if a mistake is made, they do not back up the product they sell.

One day I went to go get jimmy John’s and come back home. I was eating jimmy John’s and I heard a scratch at my door, it was my lost dog that was missing for 1 month. I was so happy thinking it was a coincidence. So I went to work and it was lunch break, I was eating my left over jimmy John’s and my boss came up to me. He gave me a huge raise and I was so happy, I got a little suspicious but didn’t really mind it. So I went to a car dealership and I was looking around for a car, the worker gave me jimmy John’s to eat and I took it and ate it, the owner comes up to me and gives me a free Ferrari because the guy who bought it didn’t come back or respond for 1 year. I was like, it’s the jimmy johns. So I went to the casino to test my theory unit and gambled 1/100 odds on a horse, I put it $100 and started eating jimmy johns. I won the horse race and got so much money. I said “it’s the jimmy johns!” So I put in all my money. Live savings, bank account, credit cards, PayPal and gambled it all. So when the horse race started I started to eat jimmy John’s and I lost. I’m now $1,000,000 in debt and need help. I now live at a rehab and sleep under a bride. Great experience 10/10

Me and my cousin, Bob went last Sunday (December 10th). I ordered a turkey tom and took two bites and realized the meat was bad tasting. I brought it to the counter where :"Terence' said 'We cut our meat fresh daily". He turned around and stormed away from the register. I left the sandwich next to the register where it remained. I waited for my friend to finish his meal and then we left. At no time did Terence offer to make another FRESH sub or refund my money. I submitted an online complaint to corporate but just like Terrence, I was ignored. No response. They took my money and did nothing, I am done with Jimmy John's and intend to tell my friends about this unfortunate episode.Parking: 10

I ordered a Turkey Tom with mustard instead of mayonnaise. I was given a sandwich with only mustard and a tiny bit of turkey. When I complained, the employee argued that that was what I ordered. One person offered to add the missing ingredients, but she never did. The other one continued arguing with me so I threw the sandwich in the trash and left.I’ve been to this Jimmy John’s many times, and this is the first time there has been a problem.

Jasenia made the worst sandwich I have ever had at this location. She removed all of the bread from the sandwich leaving a thin crust that became soggy and fell apart. I have never had a bad experience until today. If I do choose to visit again I will make sure my sandwich is made by someone else and I recommend you do the same.
