I always call to pick up, delivery takes more than 20 minutes, they don't deliver the complete order. Something is always missing, a portion, no napkins, no cutlery. But the tip is charged in advance and as if it were served at the premises, plus the additional one that I didn't even know about and gave. I called and they were not interested in my complaint as if it were normal. It is best not to ask for service again or recommend.
