I would give this place zero stars, it’s an absolute joke. We placed an order before 6pm online. It said the order would be ready for pickup at 7:25pm. It is 8pm and we are still waiting. There is a line all the way around the store and none of the employees seem to have any clue what is going on. They just put order in oven and the young kid at the counter keeps saying “we have a new person working” as he continues to mock and make fun of her to everyone in the lobby. It’s a complete joke, completely unprofessional and very sad. Multiple people have walked out in disgust. I’ve never been to a more joke of an establishment. This place needs to be accountable for this atrocity.

So worst place ever, look how thin and smaller that pizza is, they are definitely stealing your change, they have notes saying that they dont have change... so where that change going when we pay cash straight to that manger pocket at the end of the shift...so we watched that Manger on 01/05/2024 night shift, we paid her in cash with exact change.. we watched her cancel the order and we found that kind of strange, so when we ask for the receipt to prove to us she just didn't pocket the cash, she played like she didn't know how to print one, and just started handling the next customer, beware of this place they're definitely cheating everyone

Fairly new location, wait can be long at times. Don't bother try calling and placing an order over the phone being that they will NEVER answer. Regarding the pizza they are still a bit undercooked compared to other Caesars pizza locations. It seems they are running that location with kids that has 0 customer service specially the little girl there, she can be asked many times to help and she will look at people and ignore them.Suggestion: turn off your uber orders when you swamp so you won't get more orders than what you can handle.And put the over either higher temp or slower move to get the extra cook.Overall if you don't mind waiting at times you will get a decent cheap pizza

Customer Service is A + , quick service...I got a Pepperoni Pizza nice presentation and hot...three people line and I was service in around five minutes. The store is very clean inviting atmosphere...smiling faces is very comforting. I love this place!!!
Sorry Guy I watched some one bring a pizza back in with the pizza saying this is not pepperoni, the guy took the pizza and put it in the back behind the food warmer. I was told they had to make me a fresh pizza before that as the classic cheese was out. I waited like ten fifteen minutes maybe more no biggie however I'm pretty sure this was the pizza that was returned before I ordered because the pizza was not as hot as I would expect a freshly baked pizza to be... I asked the guy as well when he showed me the pizza it looks good as long as this isn't the same one the lady just came back after leaving the store with the pizza. I would have returned but I left before trying the pizza. I live two minutes away and when I got the pizza home and ate some it didn't seem hot enough to be freshly made. I don't mind a hot and ready pizza that's been in the warmer but it's not cool to keep me there waiting for a fresh one and then have me just take one you sold someone and they take it out the store and bring it back in, you don't know what happened to that food while it was outside that store. If I get sick I'm gonna be very mad. Also the hot and ready pizza at little Caesars now a days always have more sauce than cheese.Kind of a bummer. I hope I'm wrong but Ive gotten pizza from them before in the same situation much hotter. Giving me someone elses food cause you want to save money is sorta gross dudes. Just saying.

I used to not understand when people would tell me they dislike Little cesar pizza so much as I always ordered Thin crust and me and my family loved it. Now that they discontinued Thincrust and had to try their stuff crust I understand. It tasted like an old shoe with cheese.

Lack of any customer service, after waiting about 4 minutes in the store with no other customers, i spoke to ask if anyone could help me twice, an employee reluctantly came to the counter. I said hi how are you?. He just looked at me, i asked what's wrong? Your not happy, again he just looked at me and shrugged, i asked about a deep dish, he said no can't make it.. i said ok what do you have?. He said we don't have items to make that one, meanwhile I couldn't hear him, Everytime i asked him he would barely speak up. To make a long story short i had to figure out what they did have and placed the order. The lack of service is incredible. Really bad.
