Is not the worst food in the world but I just ordered a mongolian beef and it had only 5 peaces of meat and tons of onion, container full of onions with not beef ??.When I call then to let then know, they seems to dont understand english well

The food was disgusting I’m sorry. The egg drop soup I ordered wasn’t cooked properly it had huge clumps of goo I ended up throwing the whole thing away. My beef noodles didn’t have noodles in it so my lunch was a disaster. Never again.

I like this place...Food is good...friendly and quick service...nothing bad to say. Give them a try because they have great family combos...if you find yourself super busy or tired to cook give them a call...

Wife ordered honey garlic wings, bbq ribs, shrimp egg roll, chicken lo-mein. The honey garlic wings were just soggy wings. No flavor added. At all. None. They did come warm. Not like the cold ribs we received. They were not bad. But hard to enjoy cold ribs. Also could’ve had some meat on them. 2 of 6 pieces were 90% bone. (BBQ sauce was all over our order, poor packaging) the shrimp egg roll was more like a veggie egg roll. Chicken lo-mein was good. Not gonna lie. That was the only good thing.

I haven't ordered from this place in a very long time and now I remember why. Be prepared to wait well over an hour for your food. Customer service sucked and food wasn't worth the wait.

Wife ordered honey garlic wings, bbq ribs, shrimp egg roll, chicken lo-mein. The honey garlic wings were just soggy wings. No flavor added. At all. None. They did come warm. I ordered through doordash once I ordered through doordash I called the restaurant itself because I wanted to let them know that in my shrimp fried rice I did not want any peas and carrots I received my order my fried rice was cold I got a half a pint or is it a pint and it had six uncooked raw shrimp the fried rice was cold the peas and carrots look like they just came out the freezer they weren't blanched or anything the rice only had the you know those the long skinny things and I can't think of what they're called right now the rice was not cooked I also ordered eight spare ribs the spare ribs were old they had no meat on the bone and they were hard they were not tender whatsoever and they were cold I would recommend if you want Chinese food at a decent price to go somewhere else I called back after I received the order and told him the man that answered the phone that I had called previously when I made the order and asked him please not to put the carrots in the peas in the rice because that's only filler they're only doing that to give you less of the food and I don't like peas and carrots never did he told me I can bring it back he would exchange it out I had doordash delivery why would I get in my car and take something back if I didn't initially go and get it that was the whole purpose of delivery we're in the middle of covid a pandemic I don't go out and about like that because I am an older woman I am so disappointed with this place do not order from here

So I went to lucky stars Chinese restaurant in Sheridan plaza to pick up dinner after a long day just to get home open my food and was not happy with what I found I ordered shrimp and got a rat tail or sorts in with my food I when I called to tell them I was bringing the food back the woman I the line started verbally abusing me at this point I was sick to my stomach if you plan on eating at this place think twice or three times if you value your health and well being dont eat thete

Went today for the first time. I was walking by and saw the menu posted in the window so it peeked my interest. Glad to say I was not disappointed one bit. I had the R1 the classic soup. I'll be honest the menu photos doesn't do it justice. I was highly impressed when she brought out this HUGE bowl of soup with noodles and mushrooms and chicken, amongst other things. It was so tasty!! I couldn't even finish it all. I spent $14.50 all together with a can of Coca-cola. Reasonably and fairly priced. Will definitely go again and will recommend to family and friends.

I love Chinese takeout and Lucky Star has been by far the most consistent Chinese takeout I have experienced in a very long time. I've tried several menu items over the past few months and they have delivered 9 out of 10 times. I admit Lucky's has become my favorite because they allow me to customize how I order my fried rice; I dislike takeout where peas and carrots are added because I feel they are "fillers", so I typically say no peas or carrots, please add egg, scallion, extra onion and bean sprouts and it is phenomenal. I also ordered during my several visits crab rangoon, honey chicken wings, boneless spare ribs, sweet and sour chicken, beef and broccoli, Mongolian beef, shrimp egg roll, regular egg roll, shrimp with garlic sauce, and beef lo mein. All of the items I would repeat except the crab rangoon because it was a little too fishy for my liking. Needless to say the only reason Lucky's is not getting a 5 star rating is sometime the meat is cooked a little too long and walks the thin line of being considered over cooked. Please give them a try you will not be disappointed.
