Absolutely amazing place. The owner was very kind and welcoming. The place had so much personality and was really calming. The shakes were DELICIOUS!!!! They weren't overly sweet and had so much flavor. There are lots of flavors to choose from as well. The donuts were outstanding as well. It's definitely a place to hang out with your family or friends!!

So glad we stopped by here! We ordered the strawberry protein shake, one of the refreshers and donuts! The Marilyn Monroe refresher (I think that was the name of it) and the donuts were SO GOOD! We will definitely be back!

I got recommended to this place by my friends just recently and it was really nice spot to go to. I ordered a Custom Protein Waffle and a Hot Cocoa. I liked the Hot Cocoa because it was really nice and unique. The Custom Protein Waffle, I really enjoyed because I felt like I was eating an actual waffle and it looked really nicely presented. I loved the variety of toppings you can put on the waffle and the owner, Carlos was really nice and understanding as it was my first time here. I love the decorations in the place and it gives that cozy, warm vibes. I would definitely come back in the future.

Ever since I found out about this place last week it's been my go to right after the gym. The staff is amazing and so helpful. You can never go wrong with this place. They have up to coffee, refreshers, waffles, cookies, donuts and they all have protein. Definitely have to come check this out if you haven't already won't regret it

A very homey, locally owned, mom-and-pop shop that serves protein based... pretty much everything! I was recommended a waffle and coffee, both protein infused, and both delicious. It is a bit pricey ($25 for coffee and waffle) but the ambiance, service, and product make it worth it!
