I ordered sweet tea and they have me iced coffee. I went inside to replace it and they replaced it with another iced coffee which suggests that they probably poured the sweet tea into the iced coffee container with out cleaning it. The burger meat was chewy like rubber. The fries were like pasta. The server didn’t even apologize for about the drink even though I was very courteous.

The decline that I have seen at this McDonald's is sad because it was the best McDonald's and best service. A lot of the staff has changed mostly males taking orders and at the window, not friendly at all ! It feels like I'm disturbing them when I go there "is that it ?" & when you get to the window nine times out of 10. The person doesn't even know what you got or if you paid already!And then you have to hear the stories of how much they hate customers, and how they had argument with prior customers. I'm just a firm believer if you don't like your job don't work there ! Sucks because this McDonald's was great just 6 months ago! I can't tell you how many please and thank you I let out well visiting this McDonald's and not one you're welcome. Have I heard back And not just speaking from experience One visit I visit this location about 2 to 3 times A week.
