Horrible customer service,, you go through the drive-through and then they tell you to park? So they told me to park in number one and I get to number one and it’s already taken and there’s nowhere to park to wait for my food? So I had to go in the restaurant and tell them that I want my food. … What’s the point in having a drive-through?

You have to order at kiosk. No customer service skills from any of the employees. Had to wait 4 minutes to get a fork. They all just kept walking around would glance at me at the counter and keep going. Like they didn’t want to have to come over to see what the customer needed. Finally a lady came up and asked what I needed. It is definitely not the same. Employees are the issue with this McDonalds.
