I usually never do 1 star reviews, but on March 13th around 6 pm, myself and a friend who just flew in from Ohio ate here. First off the Person running the register was rude, I even tried to make a nice comment to cheer her up. No luck. We both ordered no2, mine with Nathan fries my buddy seasoned. There was 1 couple besides us eating In and a corvette in the drive thru. Another man came in after us, ordered, waited 10 minutes and left. Finally 20 minutes later our cheesesteaks come out, no fries no drinks, she just drops them on the table and walk away. We both eat half the sandwich and I got up and asked for our drinks and fries. Boy I put her out...I wait at counter for drinks, she yells in the back for fries. She brings 2 seasoned fries out, I nicely tell her I had Nathan fries, she is pissed says I didn't pay for them and grabs on seasoned fry walks away, returns with ice cold burnt Nathan fries. I walked up for Ketchup for both of us , OMG got 4 packs from and wanted more but wasn't asking. We leave and 30 minutes later, stomach ache, tearing up the bathroom, literally slept 2 hours being so sick. Fever, soar neck, diarrhea, and still can't get rest at 4am on the 15th. Can't hold any food down. Dehydrated. Ow, we are a mess. Food poisoning. Great, my friend flew down to help me pack up my 5th wheel rv, boat and other stuff to head to Ohio today. We are doing our best to get thru this. But I personally have been affected more. He needs to be at work Monday, this has been a terrible experience. I wish she would've given me my receipt. I would have more information to report to the health department. That lady needs retrained and a thorough cleaning needs done at the restaurant. Employees should be wearing gloves and changing them after handling money or using restroom. I have never felt so ill, I have time to recover and am totally disappointed with everything at this visit. Filthy dirty, bad attitudes and bad food. I hope to hear from owner about changes. I owned my own business for 31 years, I would be embarrassed. If anyone else has been food poisoned from MG, please report to Broward county health department as that is my next step.

While visiting in Hollywood I saw this place and figured I would take a chance. I got a Gyro combo and was very happy. I really wish I had time to go back before I flew out because their Philly Steaks looked fantastic. If I were to be back in town I would go back.

AND WHAT SEEMS LIKE 5...10MINS AFTER I RECEIVED A TEXT FROM D.D ABOUT MIAMI SUBS CANCELLING MY ORDER AFTER IT WAS "EXECUTED FROM AND PAYMENT ACCEPTED AND THIS" SO ASSUMING IT WAS CANCELLED...HAVE NOT TO SECOND GUESS MY _$20.00 ODD CHANGE WOULD BE REFUNDED ON ON MY CARD, I WAS HUNGRY DO I WENT ON TO ANOTHER... KNOWING I HAVE+$30(+$20) ..IN RESULTS IT SAID I HAD INSUFFICIENT FUNDS FOR A PAYMENT OF $15.93... where's my MONEY??

The cheese steaks are bombs. I got the loaded fries too which were just ok. The fries were still soft and the cheese wasn't totally melted. Would definitely come back for the sandwiches but skip the loaded

Best gyro platter I had in a very long time. Good portions, fresh Greek salad, fresh gyro, soft pita bread, & fresh hot fries. DONT believe me?? Here is the proof. It was soooo good I couldn’t wait to get home & ate it right in the parking lot.Thank you for keeping Miami Subs alive how I remember it when I was a child. You have my business for life ?❤️.

Horrible customer service. I showed up 10 minutes after the "ready time" of my online order. I stood by the register, in front of 2 employees dealing with the same register, no issues with them fixing whatever was going on, but they didn't even look up or even say we'll be with in a few, nothing, just there, being ignored. 5 minutes after, they asked me what I was waiting for, told them an online order and they said they were still working on it. The person behind me placed an order, got their order and I was still waiting for my order. Then when I finally had my order given to me, I noticed it only had 1/2 my order, I told the guy and there I had to wait again for them to give me the rest of the order. The point of online order is not to wait online, totally failed on that, then I got home; just to realize that aside of waiting forever for my online order, they also forgot the 4 Tzatziki Sauces I had also put in my order!!! uhg!!!!

I’m extremely upset at the experience my husband experienced tonight. The older spanish not so gentleman like individual was beyond rude. Im 5 months pregnant and sent my husband to get food to satisfy my late night cravings. He proceeded to place the order whilst on the phone with me. He asked the order taker to “Please, Please, Please make the order fresh”. The guy on the intercom became very rude and aggressive. He told my husband, “chill out you didn’t have to repeat it”. My husband was simply asking to have fresh food in a pleasant way at my request. I initially thought the guy didn’t understand the English meaning so I proceeded to give a spanish translation to my husband but before speaking again the employee became more irate. I realized he had another underlying issue.He withheld our food for upwards of 20minutes after paying. I’m appalled as I patronize this location frequently.I’m scared to eat my meal as well as for my families safety
