4 percent service fee??? For what no one was in the store and they couldn't get me one pint of ice cream and two cookies had to get a refund was taking so long. No one was in the store. Owner what is a 4 percent service fee ??? Horrible service and ownership.

I ordered online but went to pick up service was a little slow. But I was patient. It took a bit to get attended. This was a rainy day and a weekend. I really liked the place and the decoration and the variety of cookies to choose from. I will continue to get cookies from here because they're delicious

I got the monster ice cream sandwich which is supposed to come with one topping and I was told I wasn’t able to receive it, even though it was supposed to come with it, other than that the cookie was still good, I had cookie dough ice cream in between

Variety of cookies they offered is superior to other cookie stores. My only complaint is that the service, at times, is slow, but their cookies and shakes more than makes up for the wait. Highly recommend them for cookie lovers.

I'll change my review if I have a different experience but what in the world was happening in there tonight? 3/8/24, walked in at 8:37pm and left at 9:14pm for 2 cookies... that should be enough but the guy working was clearly overwhelmed and came out of the back empty handed no less than 15 times. Didn't want to be there, didn't bother asking any one anything either the whole thing was very bizarre. Def doesn't belong in any kind of service position needing any sort of communication skills. The girl was nice but that isn't enough.. didn't want to be there either and total 0 sense if urgency between the of them. The whole thing was odd. Got a cookie with some drizzle on it and the Nutella cookie.. obv not worth the wait.

Disgusting. One of the employees dropped some Cookie paper wrappers that holds the cookie. He placed them on the counter and then after a few minutes placed them back with the rest of them. They should have been thrown out.
Food is great. Service is terrible. One person and a shop full of people. Has everyone waiting with no orders filled cause people keep coming in.

They have a great variety of tasty cookies. Service is always fast and the vibes are good. Plus, the staff is always very engaging and willing to share recommendations. The art work in the shop is photo worthy.

Really delicious huge special cookies. A but expensive and controversial whether better than Crumble Cookie. I definitely recommend if you are close by (like at TY park) though.

I will start by saying I am not a sweets type of person but once I tried a birthday cake cookie from here, my world completely changed. These cookies are beyond delicious. I highly recommend the birthday cake and creme brulee. The staff is always so nice and so good at recommending flavors. I promise once you try one cookie you'll be hooked. Fair warning the cookies are HUGE and very filling so you 100% get a bang for your buck. The prices are so good for the size if the monster cookie ? . I will always go to Midnight cookies for my cookie cravings and you should too !.
