What an amazing hidden gem! I finally got a real espresso machine at home. All I needed now were some real beans! Any barista will tell you, you need freshly roasted beans for the perfect espresso. I searched everywhere but was relegated to grocery stores. Even when they had local-ish espresso, it was sitting on shelves for weeks or months.
